I go to a 7-11 in Inglewood CA store #18890 the Manager Mohammed Arif was approached regarding a employee who is refusing to assist the customers when the line reaches the back of the store. The Worst Manager who I've ever come in contact with that should be FIRED Immediately had the Nerve to Argue with the customer who was trying to complain about the RUDE Nasty Lazy / Racist employee that should be FIRED as well. I will be writing a letter as well about the NON sense of this store EMPLOYEE AND THE SO CALLED MANAGER, and in the mean time will not GIVE ANY MORE MONEY TO THAT STORE OR ANY 7 -11.
I worked at the 7/11 on poplar tent/Goodman rd in concord nc. The manager Micheal (which isn't even his government name) after working there for 3 months told me i could no longer work there cause of my back ground - which only contains marijuana charges from 5 years ago. But yet had an employee working there who was charged for beating an elder lady while in a work place. He never gave me information on why or etc couldn't even show me the paper work which i have a right to see. So i brushed it off . Now today i contras him about my w2 forms am told him the new address, he was very rude and snotty told me to call hr and i asked for the number he then gave me a bogus number. How could you hire a manager like that?
I will never Go to a 7/11 again for anything I've also made all the info public on social media, warning others to not work at this located or even go to any 7/11 ! It's went viral, hope hiring a crappy manager was worth the loss of thousand of customers !
I had bought 2 $20 steam cards at your
7-11 on 87th and 385 here in Odessa, Tx.
The store very well knowing they didn't have a machine to activate them. What a surprise to my kids on Xmas that the cards I put in their stockings didn't work. I told my kids don't worry I will take them back up there and they will fix them. Well the manager, district manager refused to give me my money back or even to activate my cards. I explained I had bought them for my kids for Xmas that is why it took a bit for us to find out they didn't work. I have yet to hear back from your corporate office. All they want to tell me is the refunded these to a man. Which is funny considering I had my recieght and the 2 cards. How can just anybody come and get a refund. They didn't even get a name or signature. 7-11 stole from my children!!! If you could give me a call.
My email is (hidden)
At this point if nothing is done I will never again use a 7-11.
I was at the 7 Eleven at 1650 W San Marcos Blvd today at 5:30 PM, and when I made my transaction, the cashier was very lazy and apathetic. I informed the guy that a label of a drink (Mango juice) on the Big gulp soda dispenser was missing, and he ignored my suggestion. I went ahead and made my transaction, and he was playing on his phone. I felt taken aback by how apathetic the cashier was, and he appeared too tired to help other costumers.
At 5570 N. Orange Bloosom Trail in Orlando, Fl I was grossly disrespected by the clerk based on a mistake they made. I went to purchase a protein drink. The sign directly in front of what I picked up said mix and match 2 for $7. At the counter he tried to charge me $9 for them. I told him that was incorrect based on the sign. If that signage didn't apply then that product should'vebeen place elsewhere. Because it wasn't the price should have been honored. He went to check and came back very aggressive, loud and argumentative. He invaded my person space. This is a horrible representation for the 7eleven brand. In fact, it has costed you to lose what was once a very loyal patron.
Went to the restroom, tried to wash my hands. There was no soap, informed the attendant (Maria) and she stated that she was aware of no soap in the men"s restroom. There was nothing she could do about it. Unacceptable in my opinion. If a male attendant goes to the restroom and there is no soap, they are not being hygienic! This 7-Eleven is located on 1415 E. University in Edinburg, Texas 78539. Transaction happened on 1/13/2018 1:45:33 PM Register: 1 Trans #: 6771 Op Id: 1 Cashier Maria
We here in Rockwall Texas appreciate the fine 7/11 in our area. ..at Horizon Rd.. and Tubbs street. Since it is located near a city park, the teen agers are increasing using the bench provided by the 7/11 (for lunch apparently for the workers to use) to do their smoking. They appear to be smoking mostly cigarettes but teen-agers being teen-agers..
...some of them would likely try to sneak in some weed. . It is not an emergency....(I have talked to the police ) but if the employees knew...from the official level they could discourage this as a meeting place...???

On Dec. 29th, 2017 (around 2315) my boyfriend and I were given poor and aggressive customer service. The store location was on 6815 196th St SW, Lynnwood, WA 98036 We had been on site earlier that day to do some light shopping. While we were there we picked up scratch tickets as well. We came by later to cash the tickets and purchase a few new ones. On our return to cash the second group of tickets 3 individuals were present. The cashier, the store supervisor and a separate 7/11 personnel. It was our understanding that the tickets we had cashed in we're worth $60. We were given 8 dollars. We politely asked why the receipt and expected amount were different. The cashier raised his voice and shoved the receipts at us saying what was on the receipt was what we get and that we should check the ticket at the ticket checker for confirmation... We proceeded to do so, but the machine did not read our tickets and we went back to the cashier. With his voice still raised he repeated what he said about the cash value. We enquired if there was another way to find out why their was a change to ticket value. At this time the store supervisor joined the conversation and the other 7/11 personnel stood by listening in. We politely explained to the Supervisor what had happened, we asked him as well to take a quick look at the tickets. As we tried handing the tickets to the Supervisor, he shoved them away from him and with his voice also raised he started accusing my boyfriend of things he didn't say as my boyfriend tried explaining what he was saying the Supervisor raised his voice more and started quickly talking over my boy friend. His last few words were if we think that they are scamming us that we can call the police on them. Then told us to take the 8 dollars and leave. We again asked I there was someone we could talk to to resolve the issue...We didn't think or accuse them of scamming us ( thus there as no reason for us to call the police), we just wanted a clear answer as to the ticket earning amount and the receipt. We were then given a number to call. The 7/11 personnel on site showed no customer care, we're aggressive in their words and some of their gestures, talked over us, did not listen to what we were saying, and tried placing words in our mouth. Others I have talked to regarding this visit have also had multiple poor customer service from this location. The staff on site were described to me as rude and uncaring.
A new 7 eleven opened in Punta Gorda Florida. Local residents have been receiving coupons. The address of the 7-eleven that these coupons would be honored is in New Jersey East Edgar Rd & Bachellor Ave. 2309 East Edgar Rd. Linden, New Jersey. Our new store will not honor the coupons. Please rectify this problem.
711 in my opinion just dissent care about i
Yes I was just at the 7-Eleven that's on 7655 Jones Maltsberger San Antonio Texas 78216. I was months ago starting to buy off and on the stuffed waffles. And it seems like as if they love to keep the ones that don't sell reheat them and stick them in the warmer. I know this a long time ago I worked at 7-Eleven and this was back in the 80s. I work the graveyard shift at that time. Even at that time they didn't want you throwing away stuff so they can save the money and the managers can make sure they get their bonuses. Not a raise for the employees or anything like that but so the managers can get bonuses. When they started coming back I was hoping they had changed. For the last 3 months I have been getting them but in the beginning it wasn't too bad but it was still to the point where a part of it would be hard that I couldn't even bite into it now it's getting even worse I took a picture of the one I got this morning. I wish I could put it on here. But looking at all the reviews that I'm seeing on here it seems like as if the head people of 7-Eleven don't care now just like they didn't care then and that's what took them down. I went to get the waffle this morning and told the girl behind the counter that the last several times I've gotten them what has been going on. She said that they don't keep anything that everything gets thrown out. I told her that I know exactly what something looks like that's being kept and then rewarmed because not only will the brown spots get Browner but anything that was already well cook before is going to get hard or become hard. I told her well I'm just telling you to let you know and she gave me a look like she could care less. And I also see where some people have had trouble with getting their lottery tickets handled correctly with 7-Eleven. I just had the same incident happen I had a ticket that I won two tickets sorry. Both tickets together we're making $12 I had no money I had put these aside in desperation in case I need a gas money and they ran it and said the machine was saying I was only getting $4. The person just looked at me both the guys just looked at me actually and just gave me a look like oh well the machine says for that's all we can do there's nothing we can do and then he was telling me it was already redeemed that I couldn't do anything I could either leave it and lose my money or just take the $4 or put the $4 in gas. I think I'm actually going to post this on social media because it looks like as if they don't care and everything buddy is going back over to see if anybody else is saying anything or whatever I would suggest they do the same thing because I needed that $8 in gas desperately. It seems like as if 7-Eleven is just as bad now as what it was then and it's a shame.
Don't where to begin but my name is Pablo De Hoyos I'm from Big Spring Tx. I JUST came from one of your stores where the gentlemen working on third and Owens. Just embarrassed me in front of other costumers and my son. With the assumption that I had not paid for a movie. I am a regular at this store it's the only one else I go to mainly because of the kindness and hospitality I receive when entering and leaving said establishment.
Subject: 711 does not value their customers My name is melissa I am deaf 3:55 pm Dec 22 2017 I stopped at 711 location 4975 South Florida Avenue Lakeland Fl.33813 I bought 15$ in gas the "sales associate" Christine and "sales associate " Marty We're very unprofessional and rude !!! I told Christine who I payed for gas I was not sure of pump number she was working the register facing gas pumps I told her I was in the white she had a mouth full of candy and smacking her lips i cant read lips very well especially if u have a mouth full of candy I immediately went outside picked the pump up and waved and went bck inside and told her I was on pump 9 Three times she was giggling and laughing hiding behind the grilling glass with the Budweiser delivery guy I told "sales associate " Marty to please write down the problem and why wouldn't they turn the pump on There were 4 or 5 customers in the store when he refused to write the problem down he kept saying read my lips .. he pushed me aside and continued on that's when I demanded to talk to Christine Who did not want to address the problem I also made her aware of the pump number early enough to resolve the problem before it escalated She was far more interested in checking the Budweiser delivery out I told them to either give me money back and i 'll go to another store or turn pump 9 on they told oh well someone else pumped the gas I was embrassed and humiliated in front of other customers in the store I never received my money or gas back This is how 711 values their paying disabled customers SHAME ON YOU I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY AT ANOTHER 711 LOCATION AND I WILL BE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE ELSE I KNOW OF THIS INJUSTICE ADA Applications for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing The ADA applies not only in employment settings, but in public venues and at public attractions, where businesses, medical practices, and other Covered Entities are required to provide reasonable accommodations for the deaf and hard of hearing to ensure effective communication. This may mean providing an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter or offering assistive technology that makes it possible for deaf and hard of hearing individuals to communicate effectively in these settings. The accommodations appropriate in a given situation depends on the length and complexity of communication, as well as the significance of the communication. For example, interpreters are almost always advisable in medical settings, such as hospitals, as well as in interactions with law enforcement. Writing notes may be an appropriate accommodation in a public location such as a restaurant, as these interactions are generally brief and needs are easily communicated via written notes. In the medical and legal settings, however, miscommunication can arise that has substantial impacts on the care or services received and the outcomes of these communications.
Lately I have been purchasing my nj lottery tickets at the rte.46east/westervelt ave in Lodi,NJ store spending approx.15-30$ daily.Seems
the are eager to play your numbers but you can forget about cashing your winners at this store because the clerks say they never have enough money to pay out..In the last 2 weeks I've played my numbers at this store and have won 3 times on my numbers at this particular store, only able to cash in one for $42...I have gone to this store at approx.8:20pm to cash in on the 3 times I have hit,but the other 2 times,$82 and $256
was unable to....If you want to play your NJ lottery I would suggest maybe going somewhere else to cash in and not waste your time here. The other winning's was gladly cashed by the neighborhood Quick-Check....I'll play my numbers there from now on
I have been at your 711 on 1524 3rd Ave Seattle Wa 98101 both times at around 6.20 a.m and the lady at the counter especially today 12/20/2017 was outright rude and seemed not to even care of her rudeness....How do I ask somebody to give me a 5$ cashback in 1$ bills infact i repeat three times then she says she dint hear?then she says there's nothing she can do & i have to make another purchase to get cashback in 1$ bills??Disgusting & sincerely she needs training on how to talk.
I was at your seven eleven in Las Vegas. Nv. Location at Sahara and Joe W. Brown. I come there often I had 4. Quarters to by an Arizona Tea. The worker for your company that was working an hour ago. Female of color always rude reverse discrimination.
I was attacked by a crazy store clerk who had no right to verbally assault me. Her name was Sanwa at the Upland, California store on mountain avenue. She refused to provide me with the name of her supervisor. This happened around 8:30.
I went into the Las Vegas NV store on Durango and W. Sahara as I have many times. This time was not a great visit, I went to get a pack of cigarettes and had a Pall Mall coupon on my phone that once you hit "use now" there's no turning back. She rang me up while being nosey listening to what her co-worker was doing as he got a hot dog for a customer, during this she scanned my phone and I heard the beep but I continued to hold my phone up asking her if she got it and she said yes. Time ran out on coupon (it gives you 5 minutes to use) so I put it in my pocket. Then she tells me it's $5.80 FULL PRICE! What? I said it should be $4.30 she said well pull the coupon back up...... Seriously?? She knew it expired and said well you owe $5.80 I don't know what happened. So if I hand you a coupon and you lose it after I hand it to you then I'm the one shit out of luck? She offered me NOTHING BUT AN ATTITUDE! I know $1.50 Isn't a lot of money to some people but I'm on disability and look forward to getting my coupons, so when someone treats me like "OH WELL BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME" it's disrespectful to me. I want my money back, I'm not kidding! I hope someone in corporate will help me. Store #27904 trans#6580
Jami Ross, I recently moved to this area, and stopped in for a cup of coffee! I have a large mug the regular coffee was out, and I was only able to fill half my mug! Normally, it cost me about $1,09 to fill in other places! When I went to the cashers, there was an older woman there and a younger man! I mentioned that the coffee was out! I saw that they had a new batch brewing! I expected her to say, please wait a moment, and there will be a fresh batch! That's not what happened, she started talking about how people bring in large cups and they run out, and it's that's why she did not have coffee ready! She didn't say there will be a new batch up soon! She had already rang up as a sale but, I had the lid off so she could see I did not get what I came in for! After she had treated me like an idiot because, I tried to buy a large cups of coffee, going on about large cups! I said well it's normal for people to buy large cups, and it's your job to keep coffee ready but, both pots are empty! Then she when off and said that I was rude, and have a good, as she walked over to the new pots, and began to put them up for sale rudely! Telling me have a nice day, have a nice day blowing me off! I told her that I, was going to wright a complaint, she pointed to the manager Joe, and said he's right here!! He did not say a word as she waa belittling, he snickers, and just blows me off, he didn't try to offering me a coplete coffee or say anything to make the experience better! It was a big screw you lady so, I went outside, got in my car and began writing! This was my first visit, and this morning shift is horrible!! I am going to call corporate, and I'm sure I'm not the only person these two smug forms of life have done this two! Neither should be working with people in any business, and getting a cup of coffee should not be this big of inconvenience! I will never attempt to buy anything from this store again!!!
Chandler, AZ- My Brother works at Franchise-Owned 7-11. His store was robbed for $150 in scratcher tickets a week and a half ago. His boss implied he should have chased after her, then came to him the other day and told him he has to pay back the $150. Even though he already filed a claim & report. The boss tells him Tuesday that he wanted the full $150 this Friday. Which is illegal that would have left him with maybe $15 afterwards, that would drop him below the Federal Minimum Wage standard for an Employee payroll deduction. Then I find out the Manager is not putting through as a payroll deduction and wants to have my brother pay him CASH for the stolen amount. So I immediately told him to call HR & file a complaint. He called and was forwarded to the Ethics Board (3rd Party Company), he files a complaint and is told to wait 3-5 days. He just got a message today saying because his store isn't owned by 7-11 that his supposed anonymous complaint is now being forwarded to his Franchise-Owner to handle. How is this OK ??? Employees should have a way to make complaints against their Franchise-Owned stores without it being sent directly to the person the complaint is against!!!
I need some one HR NUMBER TO TALK TO ABOUT SOME QUESTIONS..?
