A scorecard grade below 89.9 percent is considered failing and the employee may be subject to termination, not to mention humiliation.

This is typical of Amazon's treatment of employees. Like something out of the dark ages. I don' buy at Amazon anymore nor do a number of people I know. And I will no longer shop at Whole Foods. I thinik there might be a special place in hell for Bezos.

I'm very upset with your company and the employees! This really all started in Nov. 2017. I've been a member or have purchased items for close to two years with some errors, but you will here this in disbelief. Since Nov. I started my Christmas shopping early! I've received boxes intacked but the book that was inside ruined, the book looked like it had been dropped? But the box was in perfect condition? I've have dozens of broken items, I had an item from teibet shipped to me,never got her was lost in L.A.? I've had items from Amazon shoved into my mail box and broke, I've had packages left out in the rain, I've had a package dry box but the gift for my son Christmas was dampened and it stunk bad! I put it into two bags! I've had clothing come in a plastic bag saying the size but the tag was a different size? I've had the wrong items shipped to me, I've had a vanilla envelope put in my mail box, late, and had a three inch hole on the bottom on the envelope!! They could put tape on it!? It was DVDs but it still violated my privacy, everyone could see what was in there! What if I ordered a bra???, I recently ordered some clothes from China, well all the clothing comes with a message that you have to order a size or two bigger because there made smaller. Well they lied! They were huge!! I waited three weeks for shirts that will take anywhere between 3-6 weeks?? I've been hung up on at least thirty times! Been put on hold for 20 to 30 to even close to an hour on hold!!!? I've been cursed out by management I've been yelled at or they just talk really loud and hateful!? I was given a three month free trial shipping for Amazon. The manager who gave it to me lied! Another manager said she mislead me, they can only do that for a month or two at most!? I had my account shout down because I owed money and it was because of the free shipping I though l had, they charged me without telling me.a manager had gotten it reversed and he gave me 150.00 promo? Now since Nov. I've received over a thousand dollars in promos??? So now they put me under investigation? What is going on? I didn't ask they gave them to me, one girl gave me $300.00 dollar promo? It's almost like I was set up? I had to take my bank card off and have it changed because Amazon was taking money out? They said they gave a promo then I'm missing money? That's theft! I want this delt with! I've had a horrid four months with everything it needs to be fixed! Or I'll take legal action! I'm on investigation for promos they gave me???? I need someone to get back with me on this matter! My husband calculated a $300.00 was taken out of my account before Christmas? I am extremely disappointed in your company. I normally have gotten excellent service from your company. However, recently your company has taken liberties will cost me significant $$. You offered a 30 day free trial for Prime ... I did not update my cc info on purpose because I did not want to pay for it at this time. However you took the liberty to pull me cc info from a recent purchase that I made. you then charged my card without notifying me. Not expecting this charge to my account will now cause other financial issues.
How can Amazon sell, online, products which Amazon is not authorize to retail. This would be the case for Tissot watches. Not only has Tissot America confirmed that Amazon is not an authorized Tissot dealer, the watches available from Amazon may actually be fake and unauthorized copies. If purchased thru Amazon, Tissot will NOT honor their warranty.
I have been unable to resolve this issue with Amazon. They have not been willing to communicate the Amazon Corporate address in Seattle, WA, together with the name and mailstop of their Legal Affairs Department.
What has unfolded with Tissot product is probably happening with many other brands.......buyers beware!

I as a customer for almost two years, I'm astonished at the level of immaturity of the customer service help? There were a hand full of honest employees! The worst start of it started in November 2017. I've had so many things happen to my orders! I order something from teibet was on it's way? Or so I thought it was due on Mon. Never showed because they lost it and lied! I've had boxes come with smashed book crushed! I've had the wrong item shipped to me, my husband's shirt came in, a XL. When we opened it, it was a large?? They didn't even put the right shirt in the pkg. I decided to order my Christmas gifts for my kids on line this year stay away from the crowded stores. I had a star wars toy set arrive, in a dry box but the pkg. box inside was dampened and stunk bad! I had it in two bags. Then I had a DVD put in a box,shoved into my mailbox! When I pulled it out it broke mine and my neighbors mailboxes because there attached. Then I had a PKG. In a Large vanilla envelope with a three inch hole on the bottom of the envelope, they couldn't even tape it!!! That's an invasion of privacy! Christmas morning my boys received gifts without all the parts. My son's dancing robot was missing the back side to put batteries in, (he's autistic) my other son had a starwars playset without the stickers! I've had boxes delivered smashed! I've had packages left on the rain, box totally wet! I've ordered clothing from China, every peice of clothing on there sites day to order a size or two bigger cause they make there clothing smaller, well guess what the lied! After waiting over three weeks I'll have to wait a month or so to replace I received a shirt in bad quality seems ripped, torn I had to see it up my self! I had a large foot roller large! In a envelope shoved in my mail box???? Instead of my door, totally distroyed! I've had wrong items sent, damaged items! Over a period of four months being at it's worst! I've had no or little help or a bunch of lies! One manager said she'd give me three free months of free shipping, well I was told different one month only with the exception of two. So my account was closed because I still had free shipping for over three months, and they charged me??? I had no idea? After having them fix it, yet again more problems! Over the four month period of total mess, with all the promos that were given in order for me not to call corperate was over a thousand dollars! Yes I know WOW! Here and there promos and gift cards because they didn't want to get in trouble excpecally when hung up over 30 times, being on hold for 30min.to an hour I was cursed out once! Unbelievable! Now that they say I received over 60 promos/ gift cards I'm on an investigation? Really trying to cover their butts making more and more mistakes and throwing free promos at me to keep me happy and quiet!? Now their gonna blame me? I've received a $300.00 gift card, a 150.00 promo $50, 30, 10s and 5's unbelievable, I mean unbelievable and now they put me under an investigation? No I think they need to be put in check and investigated, it sounds like they have no idea how to work with the public! They tell you things to make you feel better, but nothing gets fixed just worse! I'm thinking about taking legal action! And I highly recommend you check your accounts, orders watch out for the extra promos!!! I had to take off my bank card and get a new one because I had close to three hundred dollars taken out of my account, by Amazon? I'm not a member, I just place orders? So why would they steal from a customer!?? Their in alot of trouble and I highly recommend they go threw better training, learn to be more polite, it's only a job it's not personal! I think they should sweep house and fire about 60 percent! Because nobody seems to know what to do, and are very hateful on the phone, hang ups are the worst because you have to explain everything all over again and again! I'm done with the aggrivation!!! Hope nobody ever has to have to file a dispute with they bank regarding a charge. Once the bank demands repayment from amazon for the fraudulent charge, Amazon will come ask you again for payment and say that why cannot process anymore orders until it is paid off. This has been going on since nov. 25th

I used to be a seller on Amazon. When you buy something, you pay immediately, before it's shipped. However, Amazon holds the seller's monies for 3 weeks or more, before paying sellers. AMAZON SUCKS.

Have you ever tried to mail or courier something to Amazon Head Office in Seattle, WA?.....Customer Service representative will never provide you the address and will even lie to you stating that they are only authorized to communicate the P.O. number ! If you mail documents to the PO Box, your mail and your documents will bounce back "wrong address". This is all planned and designed to be that way!.....keep at it! don't give up........you may soon find that what Amazon Customer Service refuse to tell you is actually available from public website as 410 Terry Avenue North, Seattle, WA, 98109-5210. This is just diabolical and drives customers insane; you are simply prevented to communicate and elevate your concerns!
As much as we luv shopping on Amazon its a way of life now and it's not going away. With that said its a great service to be able to shop on their website, But their Delivery system needs a big improvement. As a customer and a property manager too many packages are left outside to be stolen at the front doors or homes, businesses and Apt./condo buildings. Amazon needs to get this together and structure consistent drivers for certain routes so that there is a job security and relationship security with their customers. Amazon is not Federal here and cannot keep leaving their packages unattended or left outside on the street or steps or hide them around planters because there in a hurry or careless in delivering. This must stop. Customers are paying for their packages to be safely and securely delivered. If no one is home you deliver another day just like Fed Ex, UPS, USPS etc.. so why cant they get this down.?
Amazon is tops with me on everything, with one exception and it is a joke--customer support. I don't know who these employees are but I am tired of how happy they are for the opportunity to help me and then send me a preprinted email that sends me on a scavenger hunt. Eg. Is Play Store compatible with my Fire HD 8 and my HD 10? Can I get a yes or no answer? An Amazon customer support employee should know that. Amazon get a different support team.
