Actually it's funny I just called and spoke to a guy he spoke English perfectly he had a slight accent he gave me the fax number and stated that I had four things to write down and faxed to them and within 7 business days I will receive my W-2 form to my house

I went to AutoZone near me at 91st Ave and Northern for some front brake pads and they didn't have them so he sent me to the store on Grand Avenue and Peoria and put some on hold for me and the employee when I got there was the rudest person ever I had to go home and get my debit card and I sent somebody else back for my brake pads and they gave them completely the wrong ones, thankfully, when I call back the 91st and Northern store Mark Feliciano helped me and was a wonderful person and gave me premium brake pads for a lesser price due to my issues I had with the other store, the other store employees name was John and he was the rudest person I think I've ever talked to.

Do away with your testing of batteries and alternators. Leave that stuff to mechanic shops. Too many employees do not have the training. And when you "install" any item on a person's vehicle... it leaves open a door for liability. Work on customer service employee skills. Work on quick counter help. And your parts delivery also is needing attention. A driver is a driver. NOT a parts puller from the warehouse. Regarding your San Antonio warehouse on Perrin Beitel. It is a nightmare. When you first opened it, you had every manager on site, all the bells and whistles, etc...then you had only crickets in the warehouse. Drivers from other AZ stores had to come in and hunt for the items, losing time, and losing sales at mechanic shops, because your warehouse is difficult to find parts in. Auto Zone, you are NOT the same store from when you first started out...

I am a certified mechanic. I can honestly say no one wants your free service seeing as I can't tell you how many vehicles I have seen that your employees have damaged from inexperience.

Good evening,

On January 13th, I was eating lunch at a taco bell close to the autozone store located in Sterling Heights. A man wearing the autozone hat, jacket, coat and name tag : Derek W Store Manager", came up to me while I was eating and said I am going to sit here now so you can move. He came back a few minutes later and said " so you are not moving" I said no, he then threatened to " beat my ass" and continued to verbally lacost me. After a few moments he took the soda and threw it at me and covered me with soda. He then proceeded to get in my face with his hands up saying he was going to beat my ass. This was in the facility in front of mulitple families and children. I contacted Corportate office via phone and they gave me the number to the manager above him. As of today She has not returned my call regarding this matter. I filed a police report and am pressing charges. I am disturbed that autozone has no care or standard for its employee representing them in public in such a manner. I plan to share my story on social media and other outlets to inform consumers how i was assulted, and corportate was negate in caring. Thank you!

Do you think maybe they're busy with customers in front of them I used to work at one and I was always busy with customers so I'd rather help the customer in front of me who I know will buy something where the person on the phone is just pricing yes I always got into trouble but I really didn't care I only cared about the customers in front of me

In the employee hand book it states that any time you are in uniform you are to conduct yourself as a respectable representative of the company and are subject to write up suspension or termination if you fail to do so. His personal Phone number is on display 24-7 in the front window of the store he manages if you fell like being creative.

I had my battery replaced by AutoZoneon Westport Road in Louisville Kentucky in September of 2017 and although I appreciate it the gentleman that installed it at the store he did more damage than good. Beginning in December of 2017 I begin to have issues with my car stating the charging system was failing I took my car to a service center and they advised the battery had been installed wrong and some of the wiring had to be spliced and reconnected. Long story short this cost me $100. One month later I had to return for the same issue and was out of pocket and additional $25. I will never use AutoZone again for battery installation and will likely never purchased from them again just because of the money I was out of unnecessarily. Do not have your employees do mechanics style work if they are not going to be properly trained and you're not going to assume the responsibility for what they did wrong in doing so.

Wow only 3 months for a problem to appear sounds fishy to me I think the service center is a problem as well if $100 only got you a month out of the "repair" then they butthole you for another $25. If you want the job done right do it yourself.

I keep sending in receipt for rebates & never receive them. Auto Zone owes me 80.00 for months in rebates & when contacting them they have no records. So I will have to go to my Auto Zone get copies of original sales then send it in again. Bet if they respond I will receive an excuse that it has expired. This has happened before & I complained & they mysterious found it & sent it.. Never received gloves I send for. It is just getting very old . Not very honorable. Always liked the products but not showing me much at Corp level

Unsure how to contact Corporate about this matter. My name is Lonnie J. Price my father is very ill had a pacemaker placed and is currently have a urology appointment to rule out prostate cancer, and is needing a lot of care, I tried to contact HR with AutoZone to find out about FMLA or what I could do, I left a message yesterday, today he got in touch with his HR representative to find out my options because I may need to care for my father at this time. After discussing this with HR about 20 minutes later my supervisor called me in the office and I was fired. I am unsure what the procedures are on this matter, and if it is because I contacted HR or due to retaliation; because of an incident last year when I was assistant manager and the Managerial Staff were leaving me to do both open and close (working more than 12 hours) the store on weekends; when one of them (Managers) was scheduled to one or the other shift (this happened multiple times and to be honest they were leaving together as a couple), I ended up speaking to district manager who spoke to them but then later there was very uncomfortableness, all of a sudden the Manager said the shoes/boots I've had been wearing for years there needed to be changed, when I question that wasn't anything in the Employee Handbook about the boots I had on, I was told that, that particular page in the handbook hadn't been updated, I asked to see it and still as to today haven't seen it, but because there seemed to be a problem about all kinds of stuff that before I was commended on in the past so, I just decided to change positions and I became a driver instead.

But my question is, can they just fire him because of my family circumstances.

Please someone call me, someone else told me about the Labor Board for California, but I just want to understand WHY!

Could someone contact him just to give him some idea of really what the process should be?
