Hello, I'm pretty sure this email will go unanswered like the many phone calls I have placed to BA fraud call center. October 2017 someone stole my debit card information and used my card on different locations(Miami, Florida, Sacramento), I live in Los Angeles CA. Ever since then I have some credit back into my account then they decide to take it back. Today I spent over 2 hours on the phone with 3 different managers telling me they can't do anything for me, I have to write a letter and it takes 1-2 days to be reviewed and IF they decide to credit back my money it will take about 14 days!!.. The reason they took my money back is because the fraud team came up with the conclusion that because whoever stole my money left $46 in my account and did not have the urgency to drain my account is so suspicious!! what the hek?? I checked my account and noticed transactions being made and call the back right away. The managers refused to provide me with the call center manager's information, or their information. This is so frustrating that they protecting whoever stole my money and pointing the finger at me, IS THIS WELLS FARGO????. BA has taken over $300 because they feel I stole my own money. This means nothing to BA but it means to me, i worked very hard everyday to make and save money. I'm pretty sure I will not see my money back and I will be closing out my account. If there was a -5 star I would give it to them.

Hello my name is Lokesia I also had this problem and the fraud team did the same to be I been dealing with this issue since 11/2017 and money was taken out my account many times. They close my account saying it's a risk . Wow I will not accept no for an answer

BOA service is degraded. No fraud protection and no transparency!! Many of my colleagues are affected by BOA but it rarely matters BOA. Fraud of about $12,000/- dollars. Never go for BOA credit card, rather go for Discover or AMEX..

This bank is the worst I have ever encountered.i am not an acct.holder.Today i went to the Murrells Inlet,S.C.29576 branch to deposit cash in my daughter's acct.(which she just ppened)and soon closing.There were about 10 people waiting in line,only 2 tellers.An employee walked by me.I asked her,why so slow?She told me it was the beginning of the mo.I replied if it's ever month why don't you prepare.She asked how she could help me.Deposit only CASH to her acct.i was informed.i could.not make a CASH deposit to her acct.unless I was on the acct.I vocally replied it is U.S.courency,cash is king.She offered to take a check.How stupid is this bank?Perhaps they should go back to the barter system

I want to start by saying that I can understand bank of America not allowing cryptocurrency purchases on credit cards to the high risk nature of the investment and possibility for a lot of default credit cards. Although BOA has not released this information to the public, my local bank manager has told us that BOA is attempting to stop all purchases. I tried to make multiple purchases today under with my savings and checking account (REMINDER: My hard earned money!) and the charges were cancelled. When I speak with customer service, they claim that no transactions are showing up on their end. This causes me to believe that BOA is not wanting to cooperate with the transition of wealth to cryptocurrency, which I can also understand due to cryptocurrencies ability to take over the banking industry. This was also told to me by my local bank manager. I believe that there is some shady actions happening in the corporate office and they aren't releasing a public statement due to the effects it will have on stock price and market evaluation which has dropped considerably in the last couple days. Bank of America is worried because the transfer of large funds in a short period of time may deplete there fractional reserve causing a crisis. I think that if BOA doesn't clear this up, millions of accounts will be closed for this reason, people will wake up the fact that the baks and federal reserve control our population through the use of fiat money and only will empower the emerging cryptocurrency markets. BOA How dare you tell me where I can spend my money that I have busted my ass to earn? I will be closing all of my accounts. If you are going to take a position on something, at least be transparent about your position. Corporate or fellow clients, please contact me if you have further information, (hidden). 10 years of being a customer, and 25 years of family history with this bank. Sad it has to end this way.

Why in the world would Bank of America stop allowing cryptocurrency purchased with a B of A credit card? Just about the most frustrating thing EVER. I'LL BE CLOSING ALL 7 OF MY ACCOUNTS.

I WAS NOT LOUD AT THE LOCATION NOTHING. BUT THE BANK MANAGER MAKES IT HER BUSINESS TO LISTEN IN ON ALL OF MY CONVERSATIONS.

ANK OF AMERICA NEEDS TO CLOSE ALL THERE BANKS AROUND THE UNITED STATES AND GIVE EVERYONE WHO ARE MEMBERS THEIR MONEY BACK. PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD NEED TO CLOSE ALL THERE BANK OF AMERICA ACCOUNTS AND TAKE THERE MONEY SOME WHERE ELSE.

I visited a Bank of America today between 10 and 11 to make a withdrawal I was withdrawing $360 dollars I told him I wanted 4/$50, 10/ $1, the rest in 5's and 10's --- the teller counted my money and he said I don't have but 5 one dollar bills in my draw and I said I am not understanding I am in Bank of America aren't I, he told me to come back after lunch he might have some one dollar bills then I never her a answer like that coming from a bank. I had to go to another bank to get change. I think that's the worst thing I've ever heard what do you think.

Went to branch on high street in Salem Oregon and asked for two rolls of quarters. They asked if i had an account. I said no and they saud they can't transfer money. How stupid is that. They are the first bank that has ever done this to me. Fix it.

Who do I need to contact because BOA is a fraud they charged me 35 and the money was in the account if you look at my statement I did not go in the negative period and there reason is I did not have the money when system updated. I called and even spoke to a manager named Darren who just said you didn't have the money when i am clearly looking at my account and see the funds. I thought maybe it's my app so I go to full site it's saying same money available and no negative anywhere. I called back again because i needed my money back spoke to man name Kareem he then tells me to look at account history and go by your history not the available balance and that's why I got the negative fee well that is bull because it's not my fault BOA includes transfers in my balance if the funds are not available why not show it as a deposit and not include it in the balance they do it with personal checks. I just don't think I should be charged 35 for BOA incompetence apps. The rep tells me I transferred money from cash app and even though BOA did honor it and included in my available balance really it's not available until it actually post. I hate BOA this is crazy and y'all should be ashamed $35 may not be much to some but when you are a single parent and unemployed it's a lot especially when you try to be responsible and not over spend. The reps refused to give me my $35 back with no reason and I have not been in the negative and I feel my money should be refunded because this is something your company needs to work on.

I opened an account with bank of America in November 2017 and recently in early January 2018 I route my social security benefits to bank of America. Between the time of 12:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. i attempted to make a withdrawal using my debit card linked to my checking account and funds were not available. I made another attempt between 12:30 a.m. and 1:45 a.m. at atm and it released me $100.00 upon my request. I went back between 2 a.m. and 3:35 a.m. and tried to make another withdrawal and was unsuccessful. I tried several times and could not withdraw money off the account when funds were available. The message the atm machine gave me was, transaction declined and get in touch with your financial institution. It is as if someone at you bank intentionally locked my funds so that I could not withdraw. My name is Janisa rosann turner, last 4 digits of my social is 6305. Last 4 digits to debit card is 8064. These types of contented sick minded things have been taking place for 20 years due to some sick minded people that hate and I've not done anything to them. There was a African American male airline pilot I met in 2002. Certain Police started following me after I met and dated him in 2002. I found hair of a Caucasian female (I think, never saw at his condo.) The pilot name Tyrone berry from dora, alabama. My last time talking to him was between 2010 and 2013. I believe he's disappeared and is no longer with us due to jealousy and dangerous males. My email is (hidden). my cell number is (hidden). Address is 309 Belcher Drive, midfield, al. 35228. There's more on what took place with me in past. I'm 54 years old. This incident that has taken place at your bank is being reported here in alabama.

How do you close an account that has been open for 14 years without notice? Oh wait you state you sent a letter to my home address and blame the post office for losing it. I, however; have never had an issue with my mail. Was sent a new card back in November when the old one expired, activated it and was never told account was closing at that time either. BOA can't explain how they can screw over a loyal customer of many years. Then when you call customer service all they wanna do is open a new account for you. This doesn't help as this makes me a new customer not a loyal long time customer. THANKS FOR THE NOTIFICATION, OH WAIT, I HAD TO FIND OUT MYSELF YOU CLOSED MY ACCOUNT.
