My name is Jose A Martinez and I have been a long time customer with Enterprise and I am happy to say that your company, by far is the best rental car company I have dealt with.

I usually rent from the Mount Vernon East location in New York. The staff at the location are always very courtious, and very accommodating. With that being said, I'm writing you today in regards to Mr. Nick Piletto, the Branch Manager.

I came in to rent a car during this past Christmas weekend and the location was EXTREMELY busy. Mr. Piletto was able to work with the clients to accommodate them, he was able to check reservations on computer, he was able to answer the phone and provide thorough information, and he was also able to direct his staff with ease. It was a thing of beauty to see his ability to multitask and be a consummate professional throughout.

I felt that I needed to inform you of the exemplary work that Mr. Piletto does each time I visit branch. Mr. Piletto is an excellent Manager and should be considered for upgrade in job position, or an increase in his salary. Thank you.

I have been trying to explain to the salesman at 57 Easton Rd, Warrington, PA 18976 from Enterprise

that the agreed upon deposit of $400.00 was approved and at the return of vehicle, the remainder would be credited back to my account.Problem is not only did they take $400.00 somehow they took another $250.00 without being authorized .My total bill was $158.24 and they refunded $241.76,problem is they have not returned the other $250.00 and seems as if they have no clue of what I am talking about .Therefore I am attaching a copy of my statement to prove what is wrong .....oh yea I am disabled and they put me in the red .... Clearly they took the $250.00 and if you look at the first car rental statement you will see the same store number or franchise number. I am really hoping they do right as tomorrow I am calling corporate and let them know how they treat the disabled people on a fixed income......I am truly disappointed ---Hugh R Callaghan

My husband and I own an FBO at the Kingman Airport in Kingman Az....the rental car employee came in and was wanting to take pics of airplanes, I had to notify him that the owners do not want people taking pics of their aircraft...The enterprise employee said; Are you kidding?...I replied no I'm not..the employee looked at me and said that I did not have to be rude...I didn't think I was, I was only informing him that he was not allowed to take a pic of the particular a/c...I did say to him, that No I'm not kidding, he walked out of my office with a bad attitude all because he wasn't able to take a pic of an aircraft, and of course me being the messenger was told I was rude....Insane people...

Got a reservation for xmas to visit my grandkids and great grandkids. Went to go pick up car and reservation are was changed by their employee to a loc about 600 miles away. They had no car for me anywhere and basically acted as if it didnt matter! Called and filed now several complaints was told an executive would call me back. That was in December its now jan 22nd still nothing. I have been renting cars from enterprise for years and they cant even call me back. Maby i will take my documention of this great customer service to hertz! Great way to treat a 78 yr old grandmother, mad my xmas soooo great! Reservation / confirmation # (hidden). Maby my local news would love to run a story on how enterprise takes care of senoirs and cant even have the courage to call me back! Mr ceo expect a voice message tomorrow!

I got back into I wreck Friday and lost my dl in that accident. My husband tried to rent a car and he is active duty military and they would not give us a car. 1st of all of it utilities were in my name because my husband was deployed. Ended up going to heratz with no problem.

I want to compliment Enterprise on your manager at The Chelsea, Ma office. His name is Louis Acevedo and he needs to be recognized and rewarded for the excellent job he consistently does. I am a platinum member for 5years, and have dealt with with quite a few managers. He is by far the best in all aspects of the position. I will continue to be a Enterprise customer, and Mr Acevedo a major reason why. This office is used for training new employees. If these people follow his lead, Enterprise will be turning out great employee .

This is the worst company ever the took my money and had the car repossed. I had my belongings in it and my stuff is no where to be found. Someone stole my wifes engagment ring as well as my stamp for notary. I have called the hotline to have someone call me back but no one has. This has been going on since October 17th 2017.

Greetings, I thought I should share my admiration and appreciation for one of your locations. The Glen Carbon, IL Enterprise facility is truly a class act. I have rented from other locations too but Glen Carbon, IL is the best thus far! The men are truly gentlemen, from the drivers that have picked me up and dropped me back, to the customer service process of completing the requirements, to a manager that can remember that a year ago he promised you a free upgrade on the next rental. I have rented from this facility from the time it was located in Maryville, IL (1999) to its current location in Glen Carbon IL and I can honestly say that this location is a class act. I just wanted to convey my admiration and appreciation for the high quality customer service. It's always a pleasure!

I have been trying to talk to the Enterprise rental company to take me off the HOLD to rent with them. They have put me on hold since year 2011. I am not even sure what claims are they expecting out my pocket. There is no letter, mail or claim proof I had any damages. There were 2 other drivers who were listed and they don't have any issues. What a terrible way to do business and not communicate. I have been trying every year to resolve this. No formal response at all. No franchisee can solve this issue.

Also, to support my argument we had given back the vehicle is good condition with nicely cleaned, no exterior damages as they have mentioned.

Went to Enterprise in Chesapeake VA today. Was told that I couldn't rent a car because disability income is not an income. Although I file and pay taxes like everyone else who works for an employer. Pretty sure this is against the federal disability act.

It isn't considered earned income. Just like if you were to go take a loan out somewhere and didn't pay that loan back there is NOTHING the place can do to get their money from you because it is a set amount for the month.

I rented a vehicle from Enterprise in Roanoke Virginia due to an auto accident. Service was great at location bu keep recieving calls from Enterprise car sales after telling Jude that i have already purchased a vehicle else where. I recieve these calls daily multiple times i am not interested and will follow leagle action if the calls dont stop!!!!!

Very disappointed with this last rental. I originally priced a week online at 271.00 for 7 days. Went into the Katy location and the gentlemen said there was guarantee on the model car I requested and offered an SUV for 3 days for 146.99 I extended by one day for personal reason. When I returned it they charged me 276.00 for a 4 days. I asked him to explained it, he brush me off and just ran my bill. THIS IS VERY BAD DEALINGS!!! ! THEY SHOULD HAVE SOME TYPE OF COMPLIANCE FOR THIS OF BUSINESS FORCUSING THEM TO UPHOLD THERE INTEGRITY!!!

Had suv for almost one month during snow and ice. tried to work out a resolution with location mgr. I was scheduled to visit 15 properties. I would like to purchase a property and build. Unfortunately, the suv did not have snow or good traction tires to enter gravel driveways and dirt driveways using all purpose tires. Customer service cared. Escalation cared. The location mgr did not care. Unsympathetic 100%. I only saw 8 properties. I could not see the other seven properties. The ice and snow, I almost went into two ditches and almost hit three trees on five separate occasions. I have been using enterprise for over 20 years. Learned that the location mgr, 20 something, placed a block on my account so that I can not receive my compensation request. Hoping that Escalation Vice President over rides his block on my account. December 8, 2017 through January 3, 2018.

We rented a vehicle from 9-18 to 10-3 2017, in the course of our travels the car broke down. We were in Pa and had to speak to an operator in FLa to get help.

We sat for four to five hours before help arrived and we missed our hotel reservations and had to replan our route due to your negligence. We had told the agent when we picked up the car that we felt that something was hanging off the car, the agent said nothing was wrong. When we arrived in NC our destination, we had decided to keep the car for our duration of the trip. The agent in Albemarle said that he would bill us weekly as we were going to have the car for so long. The billing would have been 2 weeks and 2 days. We were not billed that when we returned the car. I spoke with the manager at that time and we agreed upon $857.94. We were then charged the full amount of the days and not the weekly rate. We have used Enterprise many times in the past ans are shocked that your word was not kept and that we deserve more than a 10 per cent discount for our disadvantages and hardships that we endured. I am not happy that Enterprise has treated us this way and from now on we will find another car rental to use. We use a rental car two to three times a year, and it is sad that we now have to go somewhere else.

I purchased a vehicle from Woburn, MA sales 2 years ago and they made an error on the registration. They put down the wrong color. I let them know immediately and their response was they could not fix it. When I got my new registration the color was still wrong and they wanted to charge me $25.00 to fix it. They also told me Enterprise absolutely could fix it, they just didn't want to do it or pay for it. I have tried to get a hold of them several times. I have emailed, I have left voicemails and NO ONE will respond. This is a pure example of VERY POOR customer service.

Hi my name is frank wilczewski, I recently rented a car in garden city, Michigan,my Malibu was in for a minor bumper repair,when I brought the car back to enterprise it had a minor scratch on the passenger rear fender (Dodge Dart) they brought this to my attention and I was very understanding until she asked for $500.00 for their I said no go get an estimate in which she complied,then asked for my insurance info,I gave to her,

I am looking for help from enterprise because when the guy picked me up at the dealer he stated he just got back from a run,the car was not cleaned or washed yet how could I make a proper evaluation of a dirty vehicle

I just got off the phone with one of the corporate customer service personnel... I wish I could remember her name. She was so helpful, patient and kind! So appreciate her help! Way to go enterprise for your outstanding customer service rep! My issue was I thought the check I received in the mail was counterfeit. She did her due diligence to get to the bottom of it and, rest assured it was real and a refund from a damaged vehicle I rented that had been in a wreck prior to me renting it. (The prior renter did not disclose this info) I had completely forgotten that I had to pay a 200 dollar fee until they finished their investigation... You see there really are honest companies left in the world.

Robert Hayward. Set rental up. 1 day. Useing amex. Walk in the door to get it. Guy just wont shut his mouth insurane this that over and over. Told amex covers it. Yak yak yak. Guy would not shut up. Give them my card. Walk out side. To get truck. Wants to swipe my card again. Says oh i have to put a deposit on it 200 plus the 66. For the rental. 266. Are u fing me. Omg wrf. I coyld see mabey 200 total. But wants more. Then want to charhe me 10 bucks for gps. I just spentnlike 2 grand on airlines. And. Had 230 balac left on my card declines. Because of the blood suckers. I will never rent from these ass holes ever again
