I bought a few items from the forever 21 store# 3006 located in 42 street; The customer service was the worst and the manager of that store by the name of Karl # 2068715 gave me the worst customer service. I needed to exchange the clothing for a bigger size and he refused to exchange the items even though I had my receipt and just got the items a few hours behind. He even made fun of my body type and size. I never felt so disrespected and discriminated. Just because I am a foreigner, a thick woman and with a language barrier doesn't mean I should be disrespected. All I wanted was for my clothing to be exchanged that's all. This manager should be fired honestly! I love this store but you just lost a customer but I don't want to ever feel the way I felt.
Howver, being that you are the CEO I hope to get a response from you with a resolution and I hope that my clothes can be exchanged or refunded.

I have had a terrible experience with Forever 21 online I ordered clothes for a trip I'm taking for my birthday my package was lost I was told I had to fill out a claim form then that had to process which takes 5 business days now I get an email saying that oh they admit they lost the package I'm going to get a refund but I'm not going to receive it for two billing Cycles by the time I get the refund my trip will already have come and past and I won't be able to purchase any new clothes for my trip I am so unhappy with the customer service that was provided in the 1-800 number and so unhappy with the way that I have been treated order number 74206133

Bad customer service. I can't exchange or return a xmas present that didn't fit me. The Santa Rosa ca manager was very rude. I have Spended so much money in this store and after this I will never buy anything from this company.

PLEASE DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD at ANY Forever 21 Houston stores. All of my debit card info was stolen and fraudulently used at forever 21 in downtown Houston on December 26 2017. They NEVER APOLOGIZED or gave an explanation for the exception of the lame excuse they left on their website. My identity and my bank account info and my money was stolen thanks to forever 22. I just had the word customer service experience at the forever 21 in Fairfield,Ca mall the cashier named Sharon was very rude and threw the bag with my merchandise at me. I was left with a bad impression of the store and would not shop here again.
First, let me start by saying their website is one of the worst I have ever tried to make a purchase on. My daughter requested a forever 21 gift card for her 22nd birthday - please keep in mind, we live several thousand miles apart. Because I've been in one of their stores and seen [plus felt and smelled] how cheaply made their clothing is, I was reluctant to give F21 any money, especially $150, but now, since I did (finally) make the purchase (after several attempts which I explain next), I have serious regrets. When trying to make the purchase, the site kept deleting my shopping cart and I had to start all over several times - literally about 7 or 8 times. I had to re-type all the info, including the e-card bd message. On top of this, it required my daughter's physical address for an e-card. Why would they need that when the e-card is being emailed to her, not physically shipped? I understand they need mine for the purchase, but not hers. Nonetheless, I entered the required info and AGAIN, had to start all over. I really don't want to spend the time and energy writing this review but I feel obligated to warn folks of the frustration and aggravation they may be in for if they choose to spend their hard-earned money on the F21 website. Now, with daughter's bd being this weekend (today is Fri), I just received a confirmation email with the status "order pending". WHAT?!! WHY? I've purchased other e-cards from other companies and they were sent immediately. I know for a fact, there are no issues with my credit card so I don't see why it will take up to 48 hrs to them to send the e-card to my daughter's email address. I got on the phone to complain, and although I pressed the number for customer service, I got a recording (happened twice in a row). I went on their site again and attempted a live chat...someone comes on and says hi and then doesn't come back. I'm left hanging and eventually they closed the chat (this happened 3 times). WTH?!! .....NEVER AGAIN!!! ....I will NEVER ever do business with F21 again!! They do not deserve my money or time. :-( I just hope my daughter actually receives her gift card soon, for the right amount and is able to use it in one of their stores without any hassles. Morale of the story: follow your gut. My gut said don't but I did and I sure as heck wish I hadn't!!!!!! Next time, I will be sure and find a worthy company.

I order a package last week on the 11th that came up to $93 and some change. first they told me I could pay for expedited shipping, I called FedEx WRONG! So I called back and was told that I could pick it up from a FedEx or USPS, WRONG! gotta wait for it to be shipped out. I've been waiting AND calling FOR A WEEK NOW just for this man to tell me that I cannot get my clothes bc something was wrong with it and it was sent back to the warehouse. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHEN SOMEBODY WAS GOING TO TELL ME THAT MY FUCKING ORDER WAS WRONG AND THAT it WAS BEING SENT BACK! BC IV BEEN CALLING! & I'm too of that I can't be refunded until tomorrow.... (01/20/2018) I either need my clothes or my money back NOW!!!!!
I placed an order on January 5th that I immediately canceled because I noticed I clicked the quantity button too many times, so for a total that was meant to be $15, ended up being $111. I then called to make sure I would get refunded and I was reassured I would within the next 3-6 business days. I called on January 12th to see what the progress was on my refund because I still had not seen it on my account. I was told to wait 40 hours and it would be there. Today is January 18th, I called and explained again, and I was told to wait another 40 hours and to call back tomorrow if it is not in? Also, I have already talked with my bank and there is no hold up on their end. THEN I made the awful decision to order a sweater online with this company. I continuously checked the order status of it. It said it had left the warehouse, went to the town I live in, got to the post office in my town, then was in a truck and would be delivered on Tuesday the 16th no later than 8:00 PM. Never came. So I then had to call and speak to another representative at the warehouse in LA. I found out that the order had been canceled due to the billing address not matching the card information. Which is odd because I never got an email saying it would be canceled and it said it would be delivered that day and it was in the truck. So then I asked the representative if I would be charged for that, he said no because it did not leave the warehouse... but when I tracked it, it said it did. Then instead of getting refunded like I asked, they had me place another order. I did so. Then for the same issue to happened again... I once again called for them to say that the new order I placed actually cannot be canceled or refunded because it was already shipped out of the warehouse. Can someone please just help me get this sorted out and help me get my money back. I just want my money back, I don't even care to have the clothes anymore. It's not even worth it anymore. I will be sure to NEVER EVER SHOP WITH FOREVER 21 AGAIN. NOT EVEN IN STORE. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. PLEASE SOMEONE WITH EXPERIENCE HELP ME!
I just bought my granddaughter a jacket for Christmas and the zipper doesn't work and because I don't have the inside paper tag I can't exchange it? The manager at the Sooner mall was rude and said she will not even refund my money with the receipt. you guys are ridiculous and I will never shop in your store again. I am a district manager of a franchise and I will make sure that everyone knows and that I continue to write reviews against restore.
I think they have a scam going with no inside tags. Just on the rack with a price. Same thing happened to us and wouldn't even allow an exchange . We had proof of the jacket not having a tag as we took a photo but they didn't care. My son was very disappointed because it was a gift for his mom.

After the HORRIBLE experience, I called to the store to get the names of the manager on duty as well as the store managers name I was then told by the person answering the phone that unless I told her what I wanted she didn't have to give me their names. I finally had to call South Park and was given a phone number to the District Manager needless to say 2 messages later no call back.

DO NOT SHOP AT FOREVER 21!!!!! I bought 2 faux fur scarves online on November 12, 2017, mailed them back for a refund on November 21, and as of January 7, 2018, have not received a refund. I sent an email inquiry on November 17, and despite a promise to respond within 24 hours, I have heard nothing. I also called and spoke to 3 different people on December 20, December 26, and January 2, all of whom promised to get back to me or process the refund, and yet as of today I have heard NOTHING. I even have the UPS record showing someone at their New Haven store signed for the delivery of the package the day after I mailed it, and told that to the last two people I talked to, and still no resolution. They are COMPLETELY inept at customer service to the point where I'm beginning to suspect it may be intentional and thus criminal.

SOOOOOO I got 4 items from your dumb corporation that I have ALWAYS shopped at. Almost all my clothes are from your company. I received 4 items as gifts. I received 2 dresses, a shirt (that literally wouldn't even open enough to get my arm through) and a sweater. I needed to return all 4 because they were not my size and I did not have a reciept due to getting them as gifts. I went to my local forever 21 store which is located at the smith haven mall in lake grove, Long Island New York. Since I didn't have receipts I could not even get STORE CREDIT???! You're telling me I cannot get store f*****g credit on your items with the barcodes still on the tag? Are you kidding? ANY OTHER STORE would honor that and all they have to do is scan the barcode and their product comes up in their system and they give you store credit. I spoke to your manager and she persisted to tell me that it was policy. POLICY MY ASS. THAT IS THE MOST ABSURD POLICY I HAVE EVER HEARD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. The managers name was Kaitlyn by the way and I will NEVER shop at your store EVER unless I get AT LEAST store credit. YOU KNOW WHAT PRODUCTS YOU SELL. I will never buy clothes/ items for myself, or god forbid A GIFT for someone because I would NOT want that person to go through what I'm going through.
