Visited the Evans, Ga location last night (1/29/18 @ 6:30) to take my 11 year old to get some shoes. An employee comes from the stock room smelling like marijuana. The smell on him was so strong it lingered in any area he walked. Will not be doing business with that location ever again!!!

I am a current employee with hibbit sports. In the va area. I took the job at hibbit sports because I desperately needed an income and I was trying to get back on my feet. But my store manager/ has turned out to be a real Jerk. He doesn't care about anything but the store. I had to call out because of a health emergency in my family. I called the store the following day. And because of having to take a day off I am now getting a write up. Because it's not my responsibility to make sure someone is OK and it's not my responsibility to make sure someone that I'm not married to takes care of themselves. .. this coming is the absolute worst company I have ever worked for. ..I'll be so happy when I can leave

Very disappointed in quality of product. I am very loyal customer to your company up until my friends daughter cried on her bday bc she was so excited and waited so long to get the shoes and finally got them and when removed from box the back of them had red clay and the shoe strings were stained like they were preowned, we looked up the store hours to exchange it said open til 9 pm so we drove twenty miles to the store which was closed at 6:15 so we looked up another store drive another ten miles and they were closed at 7 pm but advertised on the home page open til 9pm. I had to watch my friends daughter cry on her 16 th bday bc all she wanted was the shoes and had patiently waited and she is an awesome kid and got a pair of dengy shoes that she couldn't return. Seems to me that the staff is irresponsible and lazy bc not only was the shoes dirty but the store closed two or three hours earlier than its suppose to. This leads back to management not hiring quality staff members which reflect back to cooperate bc they allow a management team to manage the store. It reflects your entire company. Maybe you should reavaluerate the employees of your company. I would think it's a mistake that shouldn't be made often and I think the female friends who bday was spoiled bc of should be given a gift to compensate her for her bday and the gas and time spent. I know you will show your appreciation for our business bc yal stand behind ypur product and customer care thank you and i hope your day is better than yal made hers

On 3 December I was alerted by Discover that two fraudulent purchases had been made online with Hibbett. I called the 800 customer service number and an agent (Eddie) basically told me too bad and would not even transfer me to a supervisor or loss prevention agent. I looked up the corporate information and called their corporate office and was told by the receptionist that they would rather eat the chargeback than to look up the purchases and stop the delivery or have law enforcement track the delivery to it's destination. I finally hung up and filed a BBB.org complaint. I doubt anything will come of it but they would rather not be bothered to protect themselves from liability or protect their customers either.

I worked for Hibbett recently as a store manager and once they redid our website we had fraudulent orders come to the stores to be filled by us all the time. It was SUPER obvious they were fake orders cause they would thousands of dollars under a "weird name" and it would be like one style of shoe in all sizes kinda thing. The company told us to fill them anyway. And half the time, we would fill them and send them out, and then someone from corporate would call us and tell us not to send it out, and get pissed when we tell them we already did. Said they have "people who deal with this". Very doubtful.

I received a shirt for Christmas that came from Hibbetts. I went to the Highway 31 store in Hoover looking for the same shirt in a smaller size. The store did not have the smaller size, the sales clerk ordered it. I was told by the sales clerk that if the shirt was shipped to the store as opposed to my home, I would not have to pay shipping. This conversation was overheard by my husband.

When I went to the store to pick up the shirt, not only was I charged for shipping, I was also told I owed more money on the shirt. I went round and round with the sales person on the meaning of an even exchange and how in the world did I owe more money? Also did a few rounds on the shipping charge. My husband was not with me at the time to back me up, but as I asked the sales person, why wouldn't I have it shipped to my house if I knew I was going to have to pay shipping? And if I had had it shipped to my home, I wouldn't have paid this additional charge for what should have been an even exchange. These people are dishonest and the store is not worth the effort it took to go there. Although I've shopped there in the past, I won't set foot in ther again with so many other good sporting goods store choices in Hoover. Word will be given to my family and friends to avoid the store, Shame on you for ripping me off on my Christmas gift.

VINCENNES INDIANA MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE, UNDER QUALIFIED STORE MANAGER WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, MY CARD WAS DOUBLE CHARGED AND SHE WOULDNT EVEN TRY TO LOOK INTO IT. SENT HER RUDE AF FEMALE EMPLOYRE BACK OUT TO TELL ME ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM ITS DEFINITELY THE BANKS. I WORK AT THE BANK AND KNOW FOR A FACT I HAD ZERO ISSUES AT THE TIME AND ENOUGH MONEY TO BUY HALF THE STORE YET TREATED AS OF I WAS TRYING TO GET A HANDOUT FROM THE WORST STORE IVE EVER ENTERED.. ILL BE A DICKS SPORTING GOODS IF YOU WANT TO TALK ABOUT THIS REVIEW.

Your manager at the Iowa Falls, Iowa store by the name of Dallas I believe, is rude and lazy. Does not help her employees with anything, at any time. She blames not being able to do anything on being pregnant. She displays unacceptable behaivior in many ways to both customers and employees. I will never do business at this store or with this company ever again.

Good morning to all this concerns,

I'm a bit disturbed by one of my family members that are employed by your store in Louisville.

It has been brought to the supervisors attention about him not getting a physical check stub, that he may keep up with what we all like to keep in our files, what we made and our hours worked.

She has an excuse, but no legitimacy to the answer given to the question.

This is the second pay period without a stub to show how much made and hours really worked.

Please help me in this delimma.

I just went to a store to buy a pair of tennis shoes and they charged me double of what our state tax wise so instead of 6.5 they charged me 13% looks like a shaddy company

I purchased an Olympic bench for my grandson for christmas. The purchase was made on 12/2/17. The sales lady at the store (Laurinburg location) informed me that she had 3 of these in the back that had damages to the box only and the weight bench was fine and she could sell them for 25percent off of the sale price which was $159.97 so I told her I would take one. I was never informed that this item could not be returned. After my grandson received it Christmas Eve, he did not want it. I took it back to the store exactly as I bought it, never even cutting the yellow ties which were around the box on 12/26/17. I told the boy at the checkout that I had a weight bench to return

He went to the back to get another saleslady and when he approached her he said he had a weight bench and her response was "I ain't getting no weight bench" and he laughed and said no we have one to be returned. She said I will have to call my manager but I don't think we can take them back before she even looked at my receipt. She stayed in the back then came back out and said no we can't take them back and I asked why and she said some things they can't take back. She had never once seen the receipt or the weight bench because it was outside on the truck. Then she looked at my receipt and said oh this is why we can't take it back, it has dm beside it on the receipt. She had her mind made up that she was not going to take it back before even knowing if it was marked dm or if the box was messed up. I shop at this store and the bennettsville location frequently and have for years, which can be verified by checking my rewards account and have never bought anything from either store that I could not return. Now I have a weight bench that will not be used when he could spend the money on something that he could use and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I think it's unfair and a small form of discrimination that Hibbetts does not carry a men's size 15 in store, just because I wear a size 15 I shouldn't have to always order shoes offline
