Dear Honda customer service

I have been a loyal customer for 35 of my 55 years living. I recently purchased a mirror for my 2013 honda accord. I paid $47.00 plus taxes, just for a small piece of glass. The passenger mirror falls off, I call the same dealer I purchased the car from and ask if theres another mirror in stock for my 2013 Honda Accord, passenger side. The parts department said yes, its $47.00 dollars, ok so i go to the parts dept at Ed Morse Honda on Blue heron Blvd in Riviera beach fla, The parts sales person said the price is now $121.00 and is going up in February. Unbelievable and what a way to gouge your loyal customer. I will put my 2 recently purchase hondas from your dealership for sale and will make sure no one I'm affiliated with being family or friends ever buy any of your cars.

I'm interested in leasing a Ridgeline but don't see any competitive offers from Honda. Do you plan any lease offers on the Ridgeline in 2018? If not can I use a third party lease company?

I woke up this morning and felt like giving a testimonial regarding my long history with the family of Honda excellent products that have served me well. The first subject regards Mr. S. Honda, whose business meeting serves as a graduate level case study at a number of Universities around the nation. I have been involved in dental lab technology for over 40 years and am quite aware of the case study that is presented on graduate level universities that discuss the story about the business meeting chaired by Mr. Honda. One member at the business meeting excused himself to attend to matters at the "outhouse" and accidentally dropped his upper denture plate in the mire. Mr Honda postponed the meeting and personally assisted retrieving the "lost" denture plate so that his business associate could continue the business meeting. The gist of this case study asserts why Honda is so successful......because its first line managers never ask subordinates to do something that they wouldn't do themselves. So, the only out come from this type of philosophy is superior products. This is where I come into the picture.....I am the recipient or end-user of many of Honda's excellent product line....."94 Acura Legend, my son's series of four Honda Civic's, my series of seven Honda motorcycles ( 2-scramblers, 1-dream, 1-Honda 50,1 Super Hawk, 1-super 90, 1-ST1100, 2-Valkrie's, 1-Gold Wing, 2-snow blowers, 2-lawn mowers, weed eaters, auxiliary power generator, and a" business jet" my dreams...LOL!

Why am I telling you this story? I'm sure you have similar stories but I am waiting for the day that you decide to fabricate a chromatic harmonica.....which I have been playing during the history of the acquisition of all of my Honda products. If you decide to manufacture a chromatic harmonica, I have the confidence that you could make one that is better than the top of the line "Suzuki" chromatic harmonic that I currently use! I'm not as good as Stevie Wonder but I am pretty good in my own genre! Myron Wilson (303) 808-9975.....By the way, I am on my second Honda Element.....last model year made ......2011!

I bought a new CRV in Decatur Al and I took it back to get the oil changed and I fell on the curb and really hurt myself and only one salesman tried to help me. All the others stood around and acted like nothing had happened. I asked the guy at the door exactly what had happened and he said I didn't see anything which was a lie. He was at the door by where I had fallen. If this is the way they treat their customers then I will never go back and buy anything from them. PLEASE don't buy in DECATUR, Al.

2017 Honda Civic EX-T, 450 miles. Wire connected to power steering was defective or damaged by rodents which caused malfunction of several other car systems. Only had car for three weeks, dealer said it was not covered under the warranty. The soy wiring was never disclosed from the dealer, seems like that is the excuse giving. Also the car was on the lot for a few months, how can they know for a fact that the wires were not effected on the lot. There are several new Honda's that are park in my area every day with no issues. I'm very disappointed that there was no disclosure about this wire issue. As I read through Honda complaints, because there are many, the common theme seems to be the wiring. I traded in a 2003 Acura TL with 170K miles, always reliable. I just want a reliable vehicle, If the soy wire issue was disclosed by the dealer I might have not purchase the civic. I had know choice but to pay for repair, again after on having the vehicle for 3 weeks. I hope you do something about this issue. Please advice my options, VIN 19XFC1F39HE025295- (hidden)

I am the owner of a 2007 Honda Odyssey and a 2013 Honda Civic. Due to defective paint 2007 Honda Odyssey midnight pearl blue paint is pealing off the vehicle in several places. Just so happens that there is another one same year in my neighborhood same color, probably manufactured at same plant in Birmingham Alabama that has this same cancer consuming the rest of the paint. Honda customer service is horrible. Won't stand behind their vehicles and I am so dissatisfied that I wouldn't even buy a Honda lawn mower from Honda. By the way I am sending the Honda President an CEO a picture of my new Jeep Grand Cherokee that is parked next to my minivan. I'm sure they don't care but that could easily have been a Honda vehicle had they taken better care of me with their customer service

My families have owned Hondas for about 50 years and we will never stop. Honda of Ithaca is the BEST. Their service department is second to none. McGuire owns every other dealership in Ithaca, NY. I've had numerous friends with awful experiences there. Honda of Ithaca is independent. PLEASE DO NOT SELL HONDA OF ITHACA TO McGUIRE !! Honda of Ithaca Service Department is incredible. We can't lose that wonderful experience we've had with Honda for decades and decades !!! PLEASE STOP THIS SALE.

recently saw your add on the evolution of the Honda accord. I have to question your commitment to diversity. all of the people in the add were black. blacks are only about 12% of the u.s. population. where are the white people who make up about 63% of the population. Hispanics are a bigger population than the blacks.. I did not see any Hispanics. being a foreign company, you may not know there are more than blacks in the u.s. as a matter of fact there are. maybe include some other races in your future commercials. isn't diversity wonderful? thanks, darrell carlson

I would like Honda Corp to address my issue. Because of the plastic cover being broke off the drivers seat where the wiring is located, It could very likely cause an issue of the seat not being able to be adjusted and possibly getting shocked, as well as the wear on the seat. The leather color is black and the color is coming off..Please note my complaint below.

Thank you,

I bought a 2015 Honda Accord Coupe from Harrisonburg Honda in Sept 2014.The driver seat is falling apart and I have been dealing with Harrisonburg Honda for about 3 months on this problem. They did send a repair man to fix the wear on the seat but now the finishing is coming off the seat on the side. Even the repair rep said this was a defective seat. I asked Matt at Harrisonburg Honda and he has yet to get back to me as far as what they are going to do about the wearing on the seat. This is a $31,000.00 car. I paid Harrisonburg Honda for all these extras to cover the car inside and also paid for a coating on the outside to protect the paint. This was my 1st new car I have ever bought and it will be my last from Harrisonburg Honda. Honda's are known for the longevity but I can't believe they would take loosing a customer's business over replacing a car seat that is defective. There are many Honda dealers in and around my area, and I will certainly not recommend this dealership to no one, had I known all of this before I bought my new care, it would not have been purchased from Harrisonburg Honda..The only good thing I can say about Harrisonburg Honda is that the service employees are very pleasant.

Several parts are falling apart and car is only 7 yrs old. Had previous for 24 yrs, never had to have visors and weather stripping replaced. Seems like cutting corners and yet, not saving on the price and customer service is not very good either. Never had so many issues. I am going to be buying a new car in the next year but might have to go elsewhere as very dissatisfied with service and quality for Honda. Boo.

I came here because I wanted to stay away from GM vehicles and was told by a few mechanics that Honda is a reliable brand. I put in an app and worked with Randy on finding a vehicle. I was upfront and honest about why I wanted a new vehicle and explained what was wrong with my trade in and how much I still owed on it. I stated, on more than one occasion, what I could put down and that I'm looking for an SUV. I was excited to find out, after a bit of back and forth, that I could get a brand new CR-V. Randy told me to come on in, sign the paper work, and I'll be good to go. I made it in to sign with the POA for my co-signor and was told by Keith in finance that I must have my co-signor present. I specifically asked twice about having the POA sign to ensure it was ok and Randy said yes. So I was a bit annoyed by that, but I understood the reasoning. I was told just to go ahead and sign the paperwork, bring co-signor in the next day, but I could take possession of my new car that night. Randy was very nice and walked me through the phone setup and car gadgets and I was on my way. I received a call the next day just 30 minutes before I was supposed to go in with my co-signor and was told I now need $2500 down. This is AFTER I signed paperwork stating no money down. I had already told Randy I didn't have more than $500 to put down from the beginning. I had to tell the Finance Manager, Brad, the same and he said he'd see what he could do, but just keep the car for now. He contacted me back the same day (yesterday, Tuesday) and said they need me to bring in my trade in which was sitting at another dealership after being diagnosed. I was surprised because Randy told me someone from Honda would be going to get it so I had already given them the keys. But I complied and went to Honda to get the keys and brought the car to the lot so they could look at it today (Wednesday). After looking at it, I get a call in the afternoon today saying they couldn't work anything out to get me the CR-V they already had me driving unless I come up with the money down. They could offer me an Accord. I was very clear from the beginning about wanting an SUV, how much I could afford to put down, and what was wrong with my trade in. I feel as though the finance team really did their best in trying to get me a good deal and I appreciate Keith and Brad's help and honesty. Randy was very nice and was easy to work with, but I just wish Finance would have been consulted prior to Sales telling me I got the CR-V. Honestly the experience felt like a cruel joke. Here's the car you wanted, we setup your personal settings including syncing your phone to the vehicle, let you drive it a few days, but since we need to make more on this sale by getting $ down, you can't keep it. What made it worse was before I got the call from Brad telling me he couldn't work out the deal I signed for, I got a call from manager, Steve, congratulating me on my 2018 CR-V purchase and asking me to reply to the email survey and also leave a positive online review. So he even thinks I got that new car. Steve, I'm sorry to say that I didn't and I really wish it would have worked out. You have a beautiful dealership with friendly personnel. They just need to communicate more with one another (sales with finance) prior to extending approvals. I fulfilled my end though by leaving the review.

I have a 2014 Honda CRV. It was bought in July 2014 and in the winter of 2015 the defrosters make a buzzing sound. It would not clear my windows and I had to pull over several times during a snow event. I made an appointment with the Honda dealer where I bought it and the told me the could not find anything wrong with it. My truck lock also kept sticking and they said they couldn't fix that either. I have take the car back winter of 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 and it still has the same issue. Supposedly in 2017 they replaced the blower. I just took it back again on January 15 and left it there for 2 days. They told me that since they cannot recreate the noise there is nothing they can do about it. I picked up my car and when the noise occurred again, I drove to the dealership and the service advisor heard it but turned it off before they got a mechanic to hear it. I am not willing to leave my car there and have them drive it around at their convenience and use my gas until they can "recreate" the noise. I have been told by the manager that the next time it happens to drive in and they will get a mechanic. This is very frustrating and I am not stuck with a lemon and cannot get any satisfaction from the service department. My truck lock has been replaced twice now and the day after they changed it the truck stuck again. The service advisor did see that. This is the first Honda I have ever purchased and I will never buy one again or recommend the car. I am sure that as soon as the warranty expires the solution will be found.

Hi, I was hoping someone at Honda could help me out with some information on a Honda FG 110 mini tiller. I did a review of mine on YouTube and have gotten over 200,000 views on it in the last two months. About 85% of them have been from folks in India. I keep getting questions about how much the tiller costs in India and can't find out information on this.

I would like to help them out, can you tell me if the FG 110 is available in India and if so where can they buy it, and how much in Indian money will it cost? I checked out Amazon India, but couldn't find the Honda tiller there. Please look into this for me. If you guys aren't selling these in India, I think you should be doing so. My viewers really like the tiller, so do I,

Hi, my name is Maryna and I was in a bad car accident on 1/7. My Honda Accord is totaled, and looking at the car, I'm shocked I was able to walk away with minor injuries. I feel like my experience is a true testament to the remarkable craftsmanship of these vehicles. I feel glad to be alive.

I am so sick of the harassment from the Honda Extended Warranty people - nearly every day I have been telling them to take me off of their call list - but this has been going on for months - do I have to change my phone number just to stop their harassment? I've started telling them I am never going to buy another Honda because of them!!!
