To whom it may consern, I had placed an order through Lowes, for a refrigerator side by side 25cu. On the 2nd. Of February, i was sent a confermation that it wii be delivered on the 5th. Order No.354098439, found out that it was re-shedule to ship on the 10th. Note that we must have insulante refrigerate at all time, for a dietbetic elderly but No one had call to inform me nor emailed me, I had requested to cancle it, then some one from customer service called Britny had talked me into purchasing an other item that was in stock, and Loews had two in stock, and could be delivered on the 5th. So i agreed, also to find out latter on that it wont be delivered till late night on the 9th. So i cancle the order again, theirfore I 'm going to purchase a refrigerator at Homedepot and pick it up, because its much closer to my home.
This experiance lelt a bad tast in my mouth, theirfore i'm placing my expreriance on social media.
No one could have told me that this would happen to me at Lowe's I liked the store but they have Sorry customer service I ordered a range on line December 5 and I haven't received it yet here it is February 5 2 months later it was suppose to be in store December 19 delivered the 20th got up set mine on curb waited till 12'o clock no call no hear from so I called them they say it won't be in till the 28th when were you gonna tell me panicking no store for Christmas no one could or wanted to help they told me it be here by the 28th delivered the 30 here it's the 5th of February no stove or call call customer service all they can say is sorry ma'am
I can tell you I will not shop at Lowe's ever again. I have been told for a month and half waiting on my hardwood floor repair that was damaged when I had carpet installed. I have been told that the installers will call me to schedule to come and repair and this is AFTER they had someone come out and try and fix it and couldn't get it done, you can tell it is completely different than the rest of the floor. Every time we contact them we keep getting they will call you within 48 hours. WOW 48 hours is sure a long time from 1.5 month ago. Their 48 hours and my 48 hours are quite different. Still no action or follow up. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
I have had nothing but issues since November with Lowe's on fencing ... they said they would send out coupons for all my trouble and have yet to receive them ... will never use them again and will let everyone know .
Well the Lowe's in Clarksville Indiana do not treat their employees good either. They hire people under false pretenses. And stick them where they want to stick them. Is very unorganized and it is run like a zoo
I am a disabled Vietnam veteran and have shopped at Lowes since it opened in Albany Oregon. I used to be a Home Depot diehard. When I went to pay for my order I told them I was a veteran and showed my veterans ID. They told me I would have to register to get my discount. I was really mad that they would not take my word for being a veteran. I told them I would not be back to their store. After I went outside I returned to the refund counter and tossed them my Lowes credit card and told them to destroy it, stating that I would never purchase anything from their store again. Good afternoon. My name is john jones. I made a purchase today at your store in Beaumont Texas and I must say it was by far the worse shopping experiences I've ever had. After the storm we had here my family and I have spent a large sum of money at your store. We was sold a washing machine this morning and was to pick it up this afternoon. We was told by the guy who sold it to us that he had just walked back to the back and put my name on it. When we got back to pick it up we was told that another sales lady had sold it to someone else. While I was trying to figure out how a washing machine that was paid for and had my name on it for pick up was sold to someone else she became very upset with me and began getting in my face and talking very rudely to me. We then went to the service desk to talk to a manager. He was called and told that I would like to speak to him. After that we waited for 20 mins with no manager showing up to talk to. I am very disappointed with your company at this point in time. I still have a lot of things to buy for my house as well do a lot of my friends and family. I will be sharing my experience with them all. I think your competitor will be getting my business from now own and probably theirs as well seeing as how I am doing a lot of the work for them. I AM FED UP with Lowe's I have literally been fighting since Nov. 18th over a damn fireplace new was to be delivered TODAY yeah ok no call no show so wasted a whole damn day waiting for nothing
TOMORROW I will demand a full refund and refund of extended warranty as well I AM DONE, Lowe's will NOT get anymore of my buisness this makes 2 heating products that have not been able to get satisfaction from them or replacement Home Depot here I come little more of a drive but heard its worth it
Lowe's has been my go to store for all hardware and building supplies. Recently the level of customer service has gone down hill. We went to purchase a storm door and I was told that the person that manages the Mill Work area went home sick and that there was no one else that could help and I would need to come back.
I also went there to update my address in their database and there wasn't a single person who could do it. One person took down my address but that was all the info she took. When I asked how she would connect my new address to my account she then remembered to ask for my name and phone number.
I don't care for Home Depot but I will need to find another source for my tool and building needs. This level of service is ridiculous...
I understand the rating that Lowe's got.The customer service you get when it comes to their appliance department.Need a over haul.Having to wait on a repair man for a week and a half is unacceptable.Do they not understand you still have to go on with life.And you have dirty clothes.If you have dirty clothes when it tore up then you have to wait a week and a half the clothes you would have dirty by now is un real.Lowes don't care about this.And their a million dollar company.You go to smaller a bisness you get the service you pay for and deserve.Lowes sucks.
Lowe's is the worst store I have ever had to deal with. We have had multiple emails and endless phone calls (speaking with literally 10 different people). It took nearly six weeks to get delivery on our appliances. The only reason they did deliver them was because we were phoning the store and going up there to complain about their lack of competence in dealing with their delivery people and stock issues. When we finally had our appliances delivered, they ended up charging us twice for the microwave and brought us a dented refrigerator. The only way we were able to get them to begin to even handle our issues was by disputing the charges with Chase (the credit card we used to make the purchase). Even the Chase representative was surprised at Lowe's inability to make simple phone calls, to follow up, etc. Chase revered the second charge for the microwave. After another two weeks of hassle, Chase finally just credited our account for the amount they felt the door was worth (the door of the refrigerator was the dented area), after the Lowe's Assistant Manager hung up on him twice!!! This was the store in Cypress, Texas. When the Chase dispute resolution team is shocked by Lowe's behavior, you know it is absolutely terrible.

I've asked 7 Lowes employees for an itemization - from the designer, store management, to their Executive Customer Service department...... NO ONE WILL ANSWER ME !!!!! I had the most horrible experience with Lowe's today at their Pittsburgh Mills store outside of Pittsburgh with a sales manager by the name of Bill. I own a roofing company and decided to take some shingles back that we purchased from another Lowe's nearby.. we were immediately approached by the so-called sales manager bill that did they did not sell this product from their stores and he would not be willing to take them back he went as far as calling the store that I told him that I bought him from to make a charade that the lady on the other end of the phone said that they did not sell them after repeated request for me to have the phone to hear the lady say that she says I did not say that I said I don't have them in stock and agreed for me to bring them back and she would credit us the money for the shingles that they obviously cell this bill was an absolute jerk and behave inappropriate in front of several employees of Lowe's and my three employees.. what in the world is going on with Lowe's Home Improvement customer service and allowing such individuals to stay employed there and treat customers in such a way.. other than receiving my proper credit I will continue to purchase pallets and pallets of shingles from Lowe's or in the event no correction has been made... I will probably purchase my Mini thousands of shingles I buy every year from Home Depot... the guy truly acted like I real mad jail guard.. totally inappropriate unprofessional and absolutely embarrassing

Lowe's ... as a Corporation, needs to be investigated for false advertising and misleading customers. I took advantage of an offer for 6 months - deferred finance charges for an appliance purchase. I was reviewing the last 2 Lowe's bills and noticed that even though I'm paying on time and considerably over the minimum amount due - the amount of the promotional purchase is not decreasing. So - I called the 800# on the bill and was told by the individual answering the phone, that since I had never told Lowe's where to "allocate" my payments, the promotional amount had never had more than $12 (for the last 5 months) applied to it!!!!!!!!! She further advised that I "should have advised them how I wished the amount being paid to be allocated"..... I'm simply going to pay the full amount of the bill and cut my Lowe's card into tiny little pieces..... 26.999% interest on extended purchases on this card. Done. The local store in Prince George, VA is absolutely pathetic - I needed an appliance they had in stock .... which was not delivered as promised and that was a fiasco. I will never darken their door again. I expected, as most consumers who are offered deferred interest on a promotional item - to pay it off first and apply other funds to the balance. These amazing 12 month deferred interest, etc. offers are both misleading and fraudulent. Lowe's is intentionally misleading consumers and between their service, product inventory and compromising credit practices - I'm done. Out of there. But, not before I contact and complain to as many local, state and federal organizations investigating bait and switch tactics and gross consumer fraud as I possibly can. Lowe's and stores like it - need to go. Your policies, practices and protocols smack of fraud.

If your not aware but when you pay off your card with a high balance Lowe's bank puts a freeze on you card for 21 day's even if you send them a copy of your bank statement showing that the money has clear the bank they still don't release the card
Racially discriminated against then ban from public access stores for complaining about problems in the harper woods store in michigan store number 1677, in 20017 me and my spouse had problems being waited on and skipped over many times due to discrimination it was reported only to have the district manager and the manager of the store be angry at us for filing the complaint was told maybe this store is not for you.
starting january of 2018 me and my spouse decided maybe things changed in the store and needed item since our home had a fire we didn't even have christmas this past year. well we started ordering online some items for repair and getting things in store to rebuild our home but then the orders were being poorly processed and delivered being lied about as to why they could not be delivered on time.. the customer service had problems locating items or could not find items that were ordered online but one time told corporate yes they are in a bin waiting for pick up, i went to the store once after having it verified by a corporate customer care rep but once at the store i had to wait a hour at 6pm to get only 4 out of 5 locks and have not been reimbursed for the 5th yet because we are ban from the store now. how you may ask well my spouse called in a complaint about the poor service and the next day after i was at a restaurant in a meeting when the district manager called as i was leaving due to medical issues. i told him i really can not talk now but he continued so i answered best i could to explain the poor service and major issues concerning the store and delivery issues and messing up orders badly. at this time i had a delivery coming in but i had to get home was getting ill during the call the district manager told me again well maybe this store is not for you and i said so am i ban he said yes you are ban from the store so i told him i am considering legal action, and thinking to my self scene in michigan no one can be ban from a public store or area unless violence or threats of violence has occurred and nothing like this has happened all we done was complain about legitimate issues and had proff. i called corporate and spoke with a manager to blow the whistle on this store and and how we are being treated well the guy i spoke to called the district manager and this mad hm mad so he told the customer care person i was not ban from all stores and lowes would not be doing business with and he canceled all my orders i had out that put our job back weeks he was told we needed these orders but did it deliberately to get back at us. this really put us in finacle strain, lost labor cost due to employees waiting for deliveries that never came. it was horrible. the next day i went to the house checked the deliver and was shocked they delivered the rest of the items but yet again was messed up they also delivered stuff already delivered i called the customer care rep and told them recording the conversation this stuff had to go back we can not accept anything we did not pay for but we would be happy to buy it being we can use it and this is another example of the delivery service messing up orders. she said she wald contact the store manager but no one has called back. i called the delivery manager he said our loss your gain and said they can no longer due business with us or speak to us. wow really just because we complained and the district manager is looking out for the local store covering for them. all corporate can say is we can not go over his decisions the only one higher is legal department... maybe this store and corporate needs a full investigation and some legal actions what ever they may be. we are going public with everything and all the of photos and recordings to show this should never happen to anyone.
These people are the worst. Contracted for a fence in October of 2017. Partially installed failed inspection. Subcontractor complaining they are not being paid. I'm now disputing the charge for work not done. Never do business with this company.

I am 80 years old and never have I been treated with such respect and kindness as I received from 2 of Lowes employees today. In my state elderly are not treated with respect as I was taught all my life but these two young men were without a doubt the most well taught and respectful people I have dealt with for years. They went above and beyond to deliver my clothes dryer I had bought a couple of days ago. The opening to the basement was too small so they left and came back after their deliveries were made and by then I had the wall torn down. I had no way to take out my old dryer for pickup by a friend and they were kind enough to carry it out to the drive. I would like to honor these two young gentlemen Jacob Mc Keon and Alex Hermes by telling you your employees are good people and if you have any kind of special treatment for them please do so. I have alway traded at Menards but hve bought some from Lowes but due to these two youn people I will be thinking of my Lowes too. Thank the guys for me too.
Bought a new refrigerator in June 2017. Ice maker quit working beginning of Dec. 2017. Still under warranty - even have extended protection plan. 8 calls later and I cannot find out status of replacing the ice maker.
