Metro pcs is a terrible company I puschased a cellphone from them with insurance, The phone batteries burn up they gave me another for$40,That one, the screen burn out a month later,they charge me another $40,That one burn out 3weeks later,I called customer service, warranty dealer,finally ended up with a cheap phone that does not work which they charge a activation fee of $15 and a monthly charge of $50 for a month with no service

These people are crooks. I bought a brand new phone. It has no service at my home. So i go to return it. I payed 120.00 for phone and case. I take it back 1hr later. Ask to get my money back. All of a sudden the case costs 60.00 and is non returnable. They will not unlock the phone. The manager was supposed to contact. Corporate and get it done. I was robbed for 120.00 of my hard earned money. I am going to facebook. Local news papers. With readers tell us. And telling all my friends not to deal with these people. Thats why they have a half star rating. I should not be punished for their bad service. Not my fault. Theft is what it is. I will continue to keep people from them. Till they contact me and make this right. I worked hard for the money they robbed from me. Horrible experience with metro. Shame on you!

Well well well I see there's a lot of bad reviews around the world. Well when there's bad also comes with good me and my family as well as friends have all joined metro pcs and me as well. Have had bad bad customer experience with Metro as well but there is one employee that has stood out to me the most and to my family as well. it's not often that you get an employee that works head-over-heels to get the job done with respect and well professional with the awesome customer service at 1959 east pembroke ave Hampton va. Ask for Ashley to get the best customer service. Forgot to mention not only the store is always clean and smells good unlike some others.

I been using metro pcs for years

I ended pay 65 dollars month

The person a metro store tell me that was

Unlimited calls text, data,&hotspot

Even tell me that can share up 8 persons

Of course never did.

I been receiving retaliation texts from

Metro company that they will cancel my service for using a service they charge for

I think is a frauds that going to tell my friends, the type of BS.

Willing negotiation most likely move to some better company.

i bought a phone from metro pcs and had it for a day did not make any call and if i did it was just to test it out and that was about 3 second the phone did not work. when i bought the phone the people did not tell me about refund or nothing like that so i bought the phone back to the store that same day and the worker told me that it was on wifi calling so he said that it was fix. i went home and it was doing the same thing i could not hear a call come in and i would not hear it if i wanted to make one going out it would not move. it was slow when it did so the next day i bought it back and wanted my money back and they told me for an upgrade phone i can't get my money back.but i only found that out on my receipt. mine you the phone did not work so i am stuck with a phone that did not work and metro pcs took my money too. what going on are you guy's kidding me.

I called Metro PCS today and got to talk to a wonderful, bubbly, kind, and the most helpful customer service lady, khanya Nxumalo. She is from Durban, South Africa.

Until today, I have yet to be pleased this much from a service company. Metro PCS, I hope you acknowledge her for her outstanding services and realize you have a fantastic employee. :-) <3

Customer service suck! They're absolutely no help, I had metro years ago and left them behind poor customer service. I was going to switch from cricket but when I got to the store after I had already spoken with an employee and she said the promotion ends 1/9/18 when I got to the store the girl told me it ended yesterday 1/8/18, so my response was since she now didn't know it was going to end was well I guess I'm staying with Cricket. When I called customer service the guy didn't know what to say he placed me on hold then an automated message came on and hung up, when I called back the rep said there's nothing he can do, I said you know what I expected that, I remember now why I left metro years ago, your customer service is horrible and for me customer service goes along way, my money will not be spent with metro.

I purchased a phone in December 31, 2017 which I paid $85 for the phone, cover and screen protector then on January 3 I was talking on the phone I had just purchased and the phone went dead and a message came across the screen saying the phone was locked. Nothing would unlock my phone so I took it back to the phone where I got it and they told me there was nothing they could do si they made me buy another phone even though I had only had the phone for a few days. They didn't even try to fix it and I really couldn't afford to buy another phone considering I'm on disability and really COULD NOT afford it. They should have replaced the phone obviously it was a defective phone since I only had it for a few days. I'm very disappointed in MetroPCS they should take better care of their customers than that. I would like a replacement for the first phone I purchased and a refund on the second one. A phone should last longer than 3 or 4 days and MetroPCS should stand behind their product better than that instead of putting that burden on the customer. I actually cried standing in the lobby because of the poor service and the quality of the phone I had to replace 4 days after purchasing it. The store I purchased it at was 8410A Memorial Parkway SW, Huntsville Alabama 35802. Phone no. (hidden). PLEASE help me.

I visited your location on W. Street in Pensacola Florida. Horrible and unprofessional is a understatement. Your employees are very rude and unprofessional to say the least. Drug are being used and music is so loud you can hear it in the other businesses. You can smell marijuana at times when you enter the store. This is horrible and gives a bad name to your company. It appears to be a hang out location for family and friends. I hope something is done and higher management start paying close attention to this location. Sincerely, unhappy visitor

On November 28th 2017 I purchased a new phone from Metro store in Belleview Florida I was traveling and my old phone wasn't working properly, this store is 40 miles from my home. The sales associate did not offer or tell me if any promotions or rebates I purchased and paid for the phone a Alcatel Force A30. On December 3rd I discovered that Metro had a mail in rebate of $60 on this phone and $10 instant off the purchase for a total of $70 off the phone that I purchased. I called Metro PCS and talked to Novea I asked about the rebate she reviewed and said I would have to enter a rebate request form on the internet, but if the rebate was denied Metro PCS as a courtesy to a customer would honor the rebate and issue me a $70 credit to my account. Novea also noted our conversation on my account. I issued appropriate documentation for the rebate request to the Rebate Center on December 4th the same day. On January 3rd 2018 I received an email from the Rebate Center denying my claim ID : 423602039 (2017-1001) -DLDN- 2180-1118, I called the Rebate Center they explain they could not issue the rebate no explanation other than to call My Metro PCS and ask for a credit to my account. On January 3rd 2018 I called Metro PCS three times I talked to Jaun, Germaafi #308936 and Rodger. All three Associates said they would work on the problem and could see what it was and would have a supervisor correct it and would contact me. No one contacted me back. On January 4th 2018 I called three times to associate 911689 and Karen they were no help. I did manage to talk to a supervisor Albert 9802793. he wanted me to contact he Rebate Center that they were the only ones that could help me, I explain that the Rebate Center referred me back to My MetroPCS that they were the only ones that could help me, This now was becoming very obvious that I was getting the run around or they would hope that I would go away and forget about the rebate. Albert specifically told me that he would have a Manager contact me to resolve this issue and that he would contact me the next day, That did not happen. I am very frustrated and disappointed with Metro PCS and I am now looking for a new service provider. I'm asking that this situation be explained in detail why a illegitimate rebate program was not honored by Metro PCS Rebate Center or why a Credit to my account was not issued as a courtesy for my inconvenience that this has caused me in dealing with six Metro PCS representatives and one supervisor in three days. Metro pcs ruined my kids Christmas!! I bought 2 phones on dec 20 (both with $60 unlimited everything) after being convinced by the sales associate. She even made test calls from both phones before I left the store. Christmas morning my kids open their phones and to my disappointment their phones don't have service. They can't call, text or use the internet. I spent over 2 hours of Christmas morning on the phone w/customer care only to be told there's nothing wrong with my phones and I should go back to the store. Dec 27 I go to the store and the same lady that sold me the phones was suddenly no help at all. She told me immediately I wasn't getting a refund because there was over an hour of talk time on the phone. No shit, I was in the phone with customer care for 2+ hours. Nobody can seem to fix the problem. I'm out $132 but more importantly my kids are without a Christmas gift because of this bullshit ass, useless ass phone company.#fuckMetropcs

This is the first time I've ever made a post on the internet. I thought this was something that may be other MetroPCS customers might find useful. I had a $5 bundle that gave me unlimited 411 calls and other features. I called the corporate store in Broken Arrow Oklahoma 2 days ago and ask them if I needed this bundle in order to keep my voicemails coming through as text messages. The manager at the corporate store in Oklahoma said no I did not need all that, all I needed was visual voicemail and so I had these items removed. I didn't want to pay for something I didn't need to pay for. Once the services were taken off of my account I quit getting my voicemails as text messages, I called several stores in Oklahoma and every one of them told me that there was no such thing as a voicemail coming through as a text message. I told them that I knew there was because I had had it on my phone until 2 days ago when they corporate store took it off of my account saying I did not need the bundle. I got upset and called customer service and ask them about this and again I was told that this was not possible you could not get voicemail to come through as a text message. I told the customer service guy on the other end of the phone that it was possible that I had it on my phone and that it was there until the manager at the corporate store in Broken Arrow Oklahoma said I did not need it and it was removed. The customer service representative then put me on hold and did some research and came back and told me yes it was possible to get your voicemail as text messages but you did need the $5 bundle for this to happen. He was very nice and friendly and he thanked me very kindly for teaching him something he did not know about how their phone system worked. From this experience I figured out a couple of things number one there are good customer service representative that will look into something you ask and number two that I think MetroPCS needs to train their customer service Representatives that answer their phones just a little bit better about how their systems work.

Today, I received a call from my husband (Lawrence) around 11:15 a.m. He called me trying to get information from my previous telephone number, so that he could try to port our daughter's number over to Metro PCS where he has his phone service. While waiting patiently, my husband asked about porting the number over. He asked me to come to the store because he didn't have the time to stay and complete the process. When I arrived, the employee (Christina Edwards), assured him that he could in fact port the number over to Metro PCS, as well as receive a new telephone for doing so. After selling him the phone, Christina realized that she wasn't able to port over the existing number. Christina began telling my husband to call customer service in order to get a new number. Being a little confused and unsure about what happened, Lawrence asked the young lady for more information. Christina, became very agitated and it showed in her body language. She began sighing, and every time Lawrence asked her another question, she snapped with a really sharp tone. I told the young lady that she didn't have to speak with him that way. She became very disrespectful, and when I asked for her manager's information, she explicitly stated, "I am the manager". So I respectfully asked for her general manager's information again. She declined and stated, "You can't get any information, but you can get the fuck out of this store!" I immediately came with the rebuttal, "That's fine, I''ll deal with you on a more professional level!" Now, I know that an employee has the right to ask a customer to leave the premises, but where on earth was it okay for her to use profanity in doing so? Especially when all I did was speak on her disrespect for my husband and me. I took her picture and plan to email the necessary parties in charge of that store.

I would definitely like to speak with the young lady's general manager. I hope to have her receive some type of reprimand for her actions, as well as, be informed the consequences of taking committing such actions. I hope that she would have to receive some additional training, or be stripped of her managerial status or demoted for her actions. Her behavior was unethical, demeaning, and very unprofessional to say the least. I would definitely like to have some follow-up action.
