Purchased New 2018 Nissan Armada Premium end of November 17.

Sadly the vehicle has had the same BCI malfunction 3 times now in under 2000 miles. First 2 attempts by my local dealer did not rectify the problem and today it has happened again for the 3rd time. Sadly going to have to complain via the FloridaLemon Law.

Frankly I have totally lost faith in this vehicle

I'm calling to complain about a $25 late fee added to my bill. I have had Nissan vehicles for years.Recently I have had a loss of income due to a disability. I called the number to pay my bill but first I spoke with Malika B asking her to waive the fee as a long time customer and in light of my circumstances.melika b. advised me that I must be held accountable? and when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor she disconnected me. I have had my issues with Nissan but this is unprofessional behavior. I will be contacting the better business bureau on 2/5/18 unless I hear from a supervisor

My Nissan is great, my experience was terrible, First the sales manager would not agree with price that they gave me on line he explain that the rebates were broke down into different groups ok that's fine, next time post. Then he agrees to give me all but 500.00 of it on first paper we agree on he did, On final paper (my fault for not catching it changed) Then we go to finance dept. rude is all I can say he told me if he was married to my wife she wouldn't get car and would have to get a different hobby then getting new cars, he was upset because we wouldn't buy his ext. warranties or except his 4.9 interest rate. They send me a short survey on, y email, I BASELY SAID WHAT I AM SAYING HERE AND CHECK OUT THE NEW EMAIL. Overall, I very much like my band new 2017 Nissan Maxima, but there is one disappointing flaw that appears to be systemic with Nissan I are referring to the rubber strip above the doors along the roof line. The passenger side is especially bad the rubber doesn't fit smoothly and, quite honestly, the effect is both annoyingly tacky in appearance and certainly below the standards of a quality car. I went back to the dealership and showed this problem to my salesman. He indicated this is actually normal, and that while he agrees it does not look great, he pointed out that other brand new Nissan cars on their lot, including models other than the Maxima, suffer from the same issue. I went with him to see for myself and the answer he gave is 100% correct. I can assure you this issue has never occurred with any other vehicle I have owned over the years including Toyotas, Fiats, Fords, Chevrolets, Mazdas, Minis, etc.

While this may not be something that can be fixed, future Nissans should have this issue corrected.

I am having quite an issue with my 2014 Nissan Murano Crossover Cabriolet. I have had the car to two different Nissan Dealerships-Pinnacle and Avondale. I paid to have it towed to Avondale -where I bought it 2 years ago. They have had the car over 2 mos as it came in with a working convertible but a small hitch in the movement and somehow the whole top doesn't work and I keep getting different stories. I know Patrick, Julie, Tony and technician really trying but I brought it in BEFORE thanksgiving and still don't have it back. I paid for highest level warranty so anything wrong (as I was told by guy who sold it to me at Avondale) would be fixed. NOW it seems that doesn't stand. I keep getting different stories and I was getting ready to sell it. My confidence in all is not high plus customer service is so lacking

I agree with you. I lust looked at our papers from our 2015 nissan murano and saw they checked off the box USED . It was supposed to be new. When i went to carfax it said 11,000 miles.. next day when we were going to pick it up, it was changed to 47 miles. we just got a notice our lease was up 2018. wrong! we took a 3 year lease 2019. I called nissan corp, she took down everything i told her and said we

would get a call next day. we did. from the dealer. he was VERY rude. he said human error, really? when we got the suv it did not smell new inside, there were finger marks all over inside, It had all scratches on the back row outside door. the sales person had to call the guy to buff them out. well, they have lost a sale because we alway;s get a new one every two years. even though the lease is for 3 years. corp office said they would call me back, instead this nitwit from the dealership called back and said, there is nothing they can do, maybe not, BUT my attorney will do something about it. I have the proof.

You've lied to me, sold me cars missing important safety issue which once cause me to rear and a car because there was no brake assists promised. You then promise me my isrt car is a total and I will be safe buy another and finance my as a predator then withhold documents required by the gap insurance company who cannot pay off the las 5K of a 27K Nissan central and now only pay half of that because of your mistakes and you, on top of this ruin my credit by putting over 12 inquires on my credit after promiing me 1, with 0% interest based on crdit well over 70s and now my late payments on a car I no longer own ruin f further. I'm contacting a lawyer and hope to turn this into a public suit so everyone know to stay away from NMAC News is next call

Good Afternoon,

I would like to thank you on behalf of my wife and I. We were in a bad accident Dec. 19th 2017. I feel the 2012 Nissan Frontier I was driving at the time did a great job protecting both of us. We have injuries,but nothing compared to what we could have gotten, had we been in a smaller vehicle. The truck was a total loss. The impact was around 50 miles an hour, front passenger side to the others vehicles front drivers side. All of the safety features functioned they way they should have. I just wish the truck would have had side air bags as well. Again Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

i have a 2009 Nissan Murano. While driving on ice this week my intire braking system went out. The petal is on the floor. i have been told by a Nissan mechanic that my ABS is out. i have seen many reports of the same thing on this model. i have 101000 miles on the car. The estimate is 2500.00 + No recall at this time. i could have been killed or someone else could have been killed.

I wish I would have read these reviews before buying. Bought a 2014 Nissan Altima 3 months ago with 39,000 miles. Towed to dealership and now they want me to pay a diagnostic fee. Have factory warranty and extended warranty. This is crazy to me. It up cranks but shuts off when put in gear. Both warranties cover Transmission! I have a 360.00 car note. Im without a vehicle after 3 months. When its finally fixed I am thinking of trading. I would not advise anyone to buy a Nissan!

I loved the sales rep who sold me a 2017 Nissan Sentra 6 speed but that is as far as the love goes. Service here at ABC Nissan in Phoenix, Arizona past buying the car was bad. My Clutch went out on me at 13,000 miles I was driving the car back to the dealership to see why my car was having issue moving. I took the freeway to avoid lights cause it seemed like she was having trouble getting up to speed. She was doing good 65 miles an hours till the 51 and Thomas when I needed to slow down and changed from 6th gear to 4th then I needed to pick backup and the car would not go into 5th gear, I tried to shift in any gear to get moving but all gears blocked, So I called ABC Nissan and spoke with Diana in Service who said they can get a tow for me to the dealership so being worried about funds I asked if it was free and she told me yes. I called the number sh gave me and towed my car to them. I spoke with the service manager who said he needed to run a diagnostics, I told him there is no need for one the clutch is burned out and you can smell it. He kept going on there is nothing he can do without running one, I then told him "I'm not going to pay $175 for you to tell me my clutch is burnt out" He then with an upset face said well "We have to do that plus the $300 to take it a part because it was abused then you will have to pay $605.33 for a new clutch and $1200.00 for labor plus tax" I then let him know I don't have the money to do that I live paycheck to paycheck I let him know I would get a tow off the lot. I got the car towed to my cousins house where he has a lot for it to sit on. I have been going back and fourth with Nissan Affairs and they have been a joke they tell me they can buy my car back instead of them fixing the cheap clutch issue with my car. On Dec 22th I get a call from the tow company saying I ow $115 for towing my car to the dealership and that ABC will not be paying for it after being told they would. Now I have a brand new car that sits on a open lot being useless with 13000 miles on it. Stay away from Nissan they don't stand by their products!

This is the first time and last time I'll ever buy a Nissan . The paint is cheep and thin and they refuse to help me with the issue where its chipping off my truck ..Totally ridiculous only being 6 months old !!!!

And its not only my truck, my Father's is doing same thing !

Same old story here. Bought a new 2013 altima. Transmission failed right under 90,000. We paid all the repair cost ourselves. I wrote nissan corporate, they gave me a case number and asked me to send all receipts documents,that was over a month ago I have called twice no return calls,what's up Nissan. I bought a 2016 Pathfinder . With 3200 miles on now it has 4300 miles on it . I heard a noise and took it to dealership and they said they had to order a fan motor for it . They also said if I drive it it could break and go into the motor . Ok I left it a week and one day later the part has not come in . It is back ordered and don't know when it will be in . They said if you want to come get it we could but warranty want cover it since I have turned it in . Now I don't have a car and still paying for it . Yes !!! We should all get together and make Nissan stand behind their products .

The dealership I purchase my car was at lake Norman in North Carolina. Bout the Nissan Rogue 16 scratches on the car radio speakers are blowed out!! And wasn't done by me. They over charged me the general manager pretend to reimburse me. For the 354 dollars lol get a check for 88 dollars thanks but no thanks. They put a dent on the side of my door and they never repaired it nor fixed it!! Now this has me super upset and pissed. I've been having issues with these unprofessional rags from day one. And I am tired and over it. I'm calling an attorney after this!! Yes, I can afford one I have enough money to do so
