My son works at the Harvest Alabama Papa Johns and he got hurt like 5 weeks ago and his manager never filed work mans comp even though my son asked her numerous times. My son went to the doctor and he paid out of pocket and was told that he would be reimbursed but never was. So now my son is out of work again because of the same injury, and when he asked his boss about works mans comp she just filed it like 2 days ago and told him that it would be 21 days before anything is done. So does that mean that he will have to wait to see a doctor unless he pays for it himself again. This is not right and something needs to be done ASAP so my son can get the medical help he needs so he can get back to work.

Your managment in Radford va store #732 i believe treats its employees and customers horrible! I will not be ordering from Papa Johns again and i will make sure everyone i know knows how Papa Johns conducts its business. I have been in food for the last 10 years and never seen a store treat people the way some of your employees/managment treats their customers and employees and i will be going to the labor board in my state on Monday. The way my employment and termination was handled was very unprofessional and I have seen this store treat people like this for the last 10 years and will not stand aside and just watch it anymore.

1680-43 Dunn Ave Jax FL I have never experienced the level of absolute horrible customer service that is displayed at this location. Word of mouth can make you or break you - this manager is new at this location - I have worked in customer service all my life and have never come across someone like this ever. We have ordered from this location for many years as we are 2 doors down - don't know her name and don't care to - if this is the kind of people you want to represent your company then have at it but common courtesy to a paying customer should be the easiest part of your job. let me be clear it is the manager - not the other employees. Very nasty nasty person

WE ORDER PIZZA FROM THE LOCATION OF 1680 DUNN AVE SUITE 43 (hidden), WE ORDER A SUPREME ON JUST ABOUT EVERY ORDER AND THIS PARTICULAR DAY 02/03/2018 WE ORDER A SUPREME AND THEY GAVE US A PEPPERONI, I CALLED THE LOCATION BACK AND I STATED THE GIRL OR MANAGER WE ORDERED A SUPREME AND YOU GAVE US PEPPERONI AS OPPOSED TO HER STATING I APOLOGIZE, SHE STATED WELL YOU ORDERED A PEPPERONI I STATED, NO WE ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION ALMOST EVERY DAY I KNOW WHAT WE ORDERED WE HAVE NOT TOUCHED THE PIZZA, AND WE JUST LOOKED AT IT, BECAUSE OUR OFFICE IS BUSY TODAY, SHE STATED WELL I ASKED WERE YOU WERE YOU GETTING PEPPERONI AND YOU SAID YES I STATED TO HER I STATED WE ARE GETTING A SUPREME. LITERALLY I WAS GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THIS PERSON, SO FINALLY MY FRIEND WALKED TWO DOORS DOWN AND HAD A TALKED WITH THEM, THE POINT IS AS OPPOSED TO APOLOGIZING AND RE FIXING THE ORDER OR SAYING THERE WOULD BE A DIFFERENCE IN THE PRICE SHE ARGUED WITH ME THE WHOLE ENTIRE TIME . THEN WE WENT TO PICKED UP OUR PIZZA AGAIN NO ONE SAID THANK YOU OR WE APOLOGIZE, THIS I CAN SAY WAS VERY PISS POOR SERVICE AND IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR CURRENT EMPLOYER BY ALL MEANS QUIT . On 2/1 at 11:16 am Order#0001 Store #4 had no "In store Specials" and it was recommended I check online. I placed my order online. I ordered cheese sticks and 2 cheese pizzas. Upon arriving at my destination, there was no tomato sauce on my pizzas. The online order specifically states hearty tomato sauce. I called Store #4 and was advised my order said ranch sauce. The young lady said she would remake my order but there was no way for me to return to the store as I was on my way to a meeting. I did NOT "customize" my order. Now I have 2 pizzas costing me $20 that no one wants to eat.

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and brownie from the Princeton, Indiana store. The cheese did not even cover the entire pizza. I waited about an hour for my pizza and when I finally got it, it was cold. I signed up for text messages to track my pizza, which I usually received each time I ordered, but this time I didn't receive any notifications on how far away my pizza is. Which is fine, the only reason this is relevant was because when I called back they had trouble finding the order because in the computer the pizza wasn't coming up that it had been delivered. I understand it was not the fault of the delivery driver, they get busy and I understand that. I used to deliver pizza's too, I always tip, no matter how long it takes because things happen, which is why I wasn't even mad when I called back. I was slightly confused why the receipt said the order was placed at 6:07 pm and the out time of the pizza was 6:41pm, yet the pizza did not get to my door until 7:10pm. The driver probably had a few pizza's in front of my order which is understandable. Also, it would explain why the pizza was cold as well. The driver did apologize for the long wait, I told him not to worry about it, things happen. The disappointing part about this whole experience was not even the quality of the pizza. I probably order Papa Johns once a week delivery and have never had an issue, so I was extremely polite about the whole situation. When I called back, a girl answered and I explained the situation. She put me on hold for a minute while she told her manager what happened. Then, when she came back on the line she told me that either I could get a free pizza at a later date, or I could come get it myself. I asked if there was any way that I could have the new one delivered to me. She put the phone down and consulted with her manager again, then came back on the phone and said the same thing again, "he said either you can get a free pizza at a later date or you can have a new one made and come pick it up yourself." I just repeated it back in awe, "Come get it myself? I already paid a fee to have the other pizza delivered?" I wasn't even mad, just confused at this point. I was told in order to have the replacement pizza delivered, I would have to pay another delivery fee. I agreed to come pick up the new pizza, and they asked me what kind of pizza it was. I said it was a medium double pepperoni pizza. The deal was for a 2-topping pizza. I could hear the manager loudly in the background saying that I never ordered a double pepperoni pizza. Then he told her I couldn't get a free brownie but they would replace the pizza only if I picked it up. The brownie was perfectly fine. I didn't even mention the brownie. I could hear the manager in the background telling the employee what to say, but she had to be the bearer of bad news. The manager never once came to the phone himself, nor did anyone apologize over the phone about the situation. It was as if the only reason I called in the first place was to get something for free. He treated the situation like I was lying. I have worked in both fast food and restaurants for most of my life, including a Pizza Hut. People do lie ALL the time for free food and I am fully aware of that. But at the same time, it is very unprofessional for anyone, let alone someone in management, to treat customers as if they are lying, when there is an issue. When I delivered pizza for Pizza Hut, on MANY occasions, I had to drive back to houses to replace a messed up pizza, or just to deliver one cup of cheese that was forgotten. I don't like Pizza Hut pizza, which is why I order from Papa Johns, but it's just the concept. On the bright side, when I drove across town to get my remake pizza, the cashier was extremely friendly and did apologize for the cold pizza and said "if it was up to her the situation would not have been handled that way." The two team members, cashier and delivery driver handled that situation perfectly. It was the manager with the disrespectful attitude.

Your manager, Paul (I later found out by the GM who called me that Paul's last name was Jonza), on Cortez Rd in Bradenton, Fl., called me a fucking bitch and hang up on me after I asked to speak with him after his call taker, Tina, gave wrong information on the specials (buy one, get one free). When i spoke with him, I told him my son used to work at his store and wanted to make sure the call takers were better informed than Tina was, giving out the wrong info. He asked what I wanted to accomplish from my complaint and i stated that the order takers (Tina) should be better informed so as not to give out wrong information and that management should ensure their employees are correctly informed. He (Paul) called me a fucking bitch (which was on speaker phone, heard by my son and roommate), then hung up on me. When I called back, Tina said it was her first night there and made a mistake. I asked for Paul's last name and she stated she didnt have the authority to give it out, so transferred me to him again. After I asked him for his last name, he refused to provide it and stated he didnt recall calling me a fucking bitch, but when I informed him my son and roommate heard it on speaker phone, he hung up on me again. While typing this information, I received a call from the GM, Marvin Barner, who apologized and said he would deal with Paul and disciplinary actions for his unacceptable behavior and actions.

I was at papa johns at Erlanger Kentucky at about 3:30 on Sunday the 28th of January. I went inside to get a large pizza and this girl with red hair and a lip piercing stood behind the counter and didn't take my order. She wasn't in uniform so I didn't know if she was working or not. But I still think she could've taken my order, all she did was give me dirty looks every now and then. I didn't feel welcome.

I went in to store #3568 and a guy with long hair and "NAILS" helped me out. Nice guy but I couldn't get over the fact that his dirty finger nails made my pizza. Please have a manager address this matter it could offend other customers.

I live within 3 miles of 2 papa John's and neither one would deliver a pizza to me. They said I was too far away . So I called Jack's pizza which is next door to Papa John's. They had no problem to deliver a pizza to me. Papa John's Sucks.
