QVC took $97.32 out of both accounts I have on file for the purchase of item. A305722. I have been listening to lies from customer service reps since January 14th when I plac d the order. NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME I HAVE YO WAIT 72 MORE HOURS BECAUSE THEY HAVE YO EMAIL CORPORAT.?????????????? WORST SERVICE. EVER EVEREVER. QVC HAS RECIVED MY. LAST. IN REPEAT LAST ORDER EVER. the next to last person I spoke with, Alexis, said she would call back with in the hour. NOT. Co I called again. Nth is rep has the 800 number to the bank as my account number
Well here is it a week later, FINALLY received a letter from QVC that was open the flap was never sealed? REALLY! I requested an 'Itemized list of my purchases from October 2017 to January 2018, a list of the original purchase price of each item, along with 'Tax & Shipping' a list of the items that were to be 'Free Shipping' what I received was the exact same list that the incompetent 'Customer Service Representatives' gave me. I specifically requested the itemized list, S&H, etc repeated myself three (3) times to make sure my request was clear. Now to add INSULT TO INJURY NO ONE EVER REALLY CHECKS AND LOOKS AT WHAT THE CHARGES ARE, JUST AS I STATED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE CONVERSATION. Looking at the list, JUST GUESS, yes was charged in full for 'RETURNED ITEMS' Charges for Shipping when advertised 'FREE SHIPPING' should I go on! Double charged for items, charged for items already paid for in the month, after AGAIN requesting the information, and ASKING to PLEASE give me an ITEMIZED LISTING OF INSTALLMENTS ALREADY PAID FOR IN FULL IN THE REQUESTED MONTH. AGAIN CHARGED ME for items already paid! Please keep track of your installments, follow-thru with your complaints, this is CRIMINAL activity, take the time to STOP this Company of their unlawful behavior. Have SENT THIS COMPLAINT TO BBB. HEY QVC, ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL!!!!!!!!!!
Order my daughter a laptop crom book because broke her old one only to find today that QVC cxl my account because it was associate with another account an flagged it fraud, so when was they going to call me and tell me this and now adding insult to injury was transfer to a number to speak to someone higher up and no answer no way to leave a message, well
Orderd 2 laptops for xmas. they cancelled my order and combined my account with someone else's account because of same last name. I didnt find out until I called to find out about eta date for shipping. Now I dont even know if I will get these things at all for xmas for my children.

Wow, we need to get a class action suit filed against this company. I ordered the berkshire blankets and it never got to my home. When I called they told me that the account was under my sisters name, and that they could not discuss it with me. They told me to have her call. The blanket was supposed to be a gift for my sister.
Come to find out, UPS has delivered the package to someone else in the neighborhood. QVC will not credit my money back to my credit card, so this mean that the package that I bought a stranger in the neighborhood a gift instead of my sister.

I AGREE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A SUPERVISOR FOR MONTHS TO FIX A PROBLEM WITH TRAC-PHONE ISSUES. TOLD ME I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL BACK IN 4 HRS. NO CALL. CALLED AGAIN. NEXT DAY I CALLED AGAIN AND SAID 24HRS TO WAIT. I DID AND NO CALL. I HAVE BEEN WITH QVC FOR 20YRS. WHAT HAS GONE WRONG. I AM NOW STUCK WITH A PHONE THAT I CANNOT USE BECAUSE MY TIME IS UP. WE ALL NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE SERVICE OF QVC THAT HAS GONE DOWN HILL WITH THERE SERVICE.
These people are so ignorant my orders were canceled and it's been OVER 2 weeks now and they kept my money a total of $456.47!!!!! I'm on my way to the BBB we will see if they think they are going to keep the money...... holding up my credit card.... this complaint is about to cause qvc some legitimate problems.
Qvc sells the homedics radiance microdermabrasian machine A299994 but they need to sell the replacement filters what good is the machine if you dont have the replacement filters come on qvc get with the program
Returned an item on Jan. 3rd. They are finally saying the received it as of 2 days ago. But they refunded the wrong item. Have called them multiple times about this. So now they have refunded both item (same order) even though I only sent one back. I am watching my bank account several times a day. I no longer trust them.

I am a LONG time customer from back in the days when QVC featured Jeff and Judy's wedding. Yep I am old.. and I have loved every minute of shopping with QVC and my Q card ! --- however, I will be returning each and every item I have ordered (that is eligible for return)--- Reason: Apparently QVC does not value me as a customer AT ALL. I was on the blog today and made 3 posts: Suddenly I received this message: "We're sorry, but you have been banned from using this site. You have been banned for the following reason:repeatedly bumping up old threads. You have 4313 minutes remaining on the ban." --- I do not even know what this means. I do not know what an 'old thread' is and I certainly do not know how to "bump' one. I did not post anything ugly or mean. I simply asked why the Beauty IQ channel is so LOUD and the other QVC channels are not. If QVC think so little of me as a customer - I am saddened - I truly love QVC and my Q card... But lesson learned.

i am so sorry to hear this as I feel when we have stayed with a company from the very start we deserve better. I have been getting two orders shipped together and I pay separate shipping so I want separate shipping.We are not allowed as customers to ship two separate items back together. Why is this happening. Also I have been ordering Christmas presents and not receiving the custom boxes. I ordered JAI and I want the unique packaging. If I order AS IS THAN I DO NOT EXPECT THIS!
I placed an order for a laptop for my niece who is being deployed and was assured that it would be here between the 5th and the 7th of December. NOW I find you sorry bastards have a separate delivery date you do not tell anyone about. I was shocked to see so many people in my same position. I thought I was doing something good, ordering my sister a Christmas gift from QVC, I ordered a Eurotop mattress from them back in June with no problem. But now there is a big problem because I am paying easy pays for a package I have not received, and they are telling me that the the blankets I ordered, was ordered under my sisters account. I was not drunk or disoriented when I ordered from QVC, so I know darn well I ordered it under my account. I think if QVC wants to stay afloat, they should re-educate and train their workers or hire better people.
