I've had several problems with the Sonic at 9420 N Rodney Parham Rd, Little Rock AR 72227. A few months ago, I went through the drive thru and ordered a Lg Vanilla Dr Pepper, 1.27. Paid (with a Debit card) got to work and noticed I was charged 3.20. I called up there and was told by the lady at the drive thru to come back by and she would correct it. Went back through at lunch and instead of refunding the total amount, like I was expecting. She gave me my refund less the 1.27. Really? A good manager would have refunded the whole amount for the inconvenience. I thought that was really crappy. In the last couple months, I've gone through there and pulled up in the stalls and ordered my drink and would sit and sit. They take my order and nothing happens. They've told me the order didn't go through. Well, why? Is it the carhop or machine issue, I don't know. So that resulted in a few free drinks (yeyyy for me) Happened again this morning, another free drink. I seriously believe y'all need to take a look at the manager at this location. He or she is not doing their job. It should run smoothly and everyone be in sync. There's 3 Sonics between my house and work so this is my last time going to this one. One other thing . The food has got to be prepared the same way every day, for it to taste the same, just like you would expect. I feel the same for the drinks that include an added flavoring. If I take a drink of my Vanilla DP, and I don't taste Vanilla, then it wasn't put in or it wasn't enough. (a little extra charge for that too) They're not made the same every time because obviously, they're made by different people. How many ever pumps goes in there should be the same every time and every employee should know that. Rant over, thank you!

I was employed and when I moved the manager kept saying they would change my address even after I quit I called multiple times and the manager said they was changing it at that very moment. I have yet to receive my W2 and can not even get a number to call about it. And calling the customer service line does not help either.

I currently go to sonic in between jobs. I work 50 miles from Monahans Tx and in between are fast food McDonald's and another sonic. But i choose drive extra 20 or so mins to visit sonic in monahans tx. Why? Youmay ask...the following reason is thereis a carhopname Nancy and it doesnt matter what time of day or how busy she makes every effort to smile and is prompt on orders...she has always made myself and husband very welcomed...she goes extra mile and even ask how our day is!!!! She is exceptional sonic i just wanted share. Thanks so much Jullie Higgons...

I was at your Latham N.Y Sonic yesterday. While I was there they screwed up 3 orders one of the orders the guy had to travel all the way back from Colonie to get it straighten out. Also when that got to us they told us we are sorry but we are not taken any more orders inside and that if I wanted anything that I would have to go threw the Drive Threw. That was after I waited in line for almost 15 min. Not sure who is running that location for you but think you might want to check into the operation there.

Very Disappointed and left and went some place else

Sonic in Selmer tn sucks very bad. They don't know how to make a grill chicken wrap if I could send a picture I would. They have no proper training what so ever. For $ 6.00 I expect to get what I order. Most not worth 6 bucks. When I called and asked how to make one little boy started to explain and I stopped him after he said chicken cause he seem like he didn't know blamed it on the back in the kitchen. The guy that runs this sonic don't give two sh*ts about his customers.

We went to the Sonic in wauchula, fl and had horrible customer service and we got charged to much money and they said that we already paid so they wouldn't give us our money. We also didn't get our half priced shakes or the free milkshake that came with the sonic cheeseburger. We asked if we could get the free milkshake and she didn't give it to us because she said they already gave us a bunch of stuff and they didn't want to make anything else. Horrible experience I thought sonic was better than this.

I asked my manager to change my address on my tax forms and she was always too busy to do her job. I'm no longer employed there and am worried to death that I won't be able to file because this woman refuses to do part of her job duties.

I understand when tax time comes around it can be frustrating she someone calls about w2 but no one should get an attitude about it because some of us can't drive 6 hours to pick up the w2 and you having the wrong address does not help

The management is absolutely terrible they do not care about their employees what so ever. That is why there is such a high turn over - management needs to be addressed completely and replaced at the Grove City Ohio location. She has young kids training newbies (on minimum wage), other managers are swearing at their employees all the time, only pay them minimum wage when all other stores make way more than this location. Not the GM but the others are always rude even to their customers. These drop ins they do are not what they need because they know you are coming - you need to do a surprise drop in on the evening shifts not the day shifts. Anyone interested in applying for the grove city location dont look twice turn and run the other way!!!

I recently resigned from my Assistant management position due to lack of professionalism. I was accused of stealing $20 that later that day I end up finding, the first assistant manager Christi Anderson belittled me in front of employees as well as a customer in drive thru. After my leaving I began to receive messages from employees that weren't on the shift the day I quit stating that the first assistant manager Christi was going around slandering my name telling people I said they were stealing money which was never said. During my time there we had a few people quit due to how unprofessional she is, we've had multiple complaints from customers about her service. She tries to intimidate the employees because of her position. I woke up this morning to a message from an employee stating she told them I said that they had stole some money during the two days that they didn't work and I never even spoke that person's name.

Sonic Drive In in Magnolia, Arkansas is just terrible. Waiting on food for more than 20 minutes. The people on the speaker is rude and act like they don't want to be there. Carhops are just rude. I had one carhop ask me am I going to give them a tip. My food is always cold when I order from there, I would expect for it to be hot if I'm waiting over 20 minutes or my food is not what I ordered. The managers are just as unprofessional also. I will never go back back there to eat again.

On Jan 11 2017 i had to leave sonic behind as a assistant manager in Smithfield,Rhode Island.I was forced to work off the clock since November 2017 until Jan 10 2018.Other reasons are there is a director the owner has in charge who forces people to punch out or your hours will be dropped on the next weeks schedule wich is wrong and the closers have to be punched out by 11:30 sunday to thursday and keep working off the clock if we leave the kitchen messy by leaving and not working off the clock we would get fired or hours took pick your poison and the owner is fine with that just to keep labor down.Now as a food safety manager it is my job to report issues in the store so customer's wil not get sick.I told the directors daughter and a few other managers who was above me that there was mold in the ice cream machines to tell Patricia(Director) & Bob(Owner)but i guess no one was ever told cause no one ever came to fix the machine.Another reason Particias daughter lexi sexual harassed 2 employees and and got a 1 day suspension the employees fear her mother so much that they will not complain on her cause fear of loosing there jobs hours being cut and embarrassment on there behalf.Lexi is a Agm and has no food safety for Management but because her mom is director and her and the owner have a great relationship they are fine with that.So i had to walk away because of unfair treatment and working in a hostile environment.The store # 6490

On 01152018 at about 5:50 pm I went thru the drive thru at Sonics at approx 156 and q st Omaha ne. While I was waiting at the window for my order I was watching thru the window at the staff. There were 3 employees that I could see. 2 were probly teenagers and 1 maybe late 20s or 30(possibly the superviser). You could tell he was using his cellphone. But what really bothered me wasd the fact that he wiped his nose at least 3 times with bare hands. Did not wash them

Very unhealthy. Not sure I will go back there

Thanks a lot sonic for ruining our Christmas. Every penny in my savingsvand checking accoutst have been stolen becaude of your crappy computer system. My rent payment bounced and thats how i found out todsy. It may take weeks to get this corrected. How dk i buy my kids toys in the meantime. What a greedy corporation.
