My name is Willie Curry Acc.#7280177 also #255356676, I have been trying to resolve an issue since early January. BY mistake I sent my mortgage payment to Direct tv, once the discovery was made I contacted Direct tv.. As of this day I have not gotten the refund promised. I have spoken to a number of employees, many of whom the were not professional, etc lying about calling me back. I was assured the funds would be back into my account the following day. My attempt to speak to someone in/of authority have been, exercise in futility. By writing this it is my hope I will get some help with this matter.

IVE BEEN DOUBLE BILLED FOR AS LONG AS JUNE 2017 AND I TRIED TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE WITH AT&T BUT THEY REFUSE TO RESOLVE IT AND TODAY THEY TURNED MY SERVICES OFF FOR NON PAYMENT AND WHEN I SHOWED THEM ALL OF MY CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENTS THEY COULDNT BELIEVED THEY TURNED OFF MY SERVICES AND SAID THAT THEY SHOWED A CREDIT FOR MY ACCOUNT AND THEN TURNED ON MY DIRECT TV BUT REFUSES TO TURNED ON MY INTERNET AND TO GIVE THEM 24HRS TO CORRECT THE ISSUE BUT MY JOB IS WORKING FROM HOME AND I CANNOT WORK THEY SAY THEY CANNOT ACCOMODATE ME AND I SWITCHED FROM UVERSE TO DIRECT TV 2 MONTHS AGO AND THEY NEVER SWITCHED MY HOME PHONE SO IV'E BEEN WITHOUT A HOME PHONE AND THEY REFUSE TO CORRECT THAT ISSUE ALSO.,I SPOKE WITH 2 SUPERVISORS TODAY AND NOONE CAN HELP ME AND I'M TRYING NOT TO GO TO MY LOCAL NEWS STATION TO SEE IF THEY CAN HELP ME SINCE I CANNOT GET ANY HELP FROM MY TV PROVIDER AND ALSO I HAVE OR SUPPOSE TO HAVE TV INTERNET HOMEPHONE AND CELL PHONES WITH THEM AND THIS IS THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR LOYAL COSTUMERS THATS BEEN WITH THEM FOR YEARS, I'VE ASKED THEM TO SEND ME THE NUMBER OR EMAIL OR FAX TO THE COMPLAINT DEPT. AND THEY SIMPLY HANG UP THE PHONE ON ME WHEN THEY DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH ME AND THEY HAVE DID THIS ON MANY MANY NUMEROUS OCCASIONS.

In last two days i have called 24 times. 17 of which i was hung up on by the system transferring me to a supervisor. 6 of them times i spoke to supervisor in all departments who basically told me sorry but nothing i can do about my issue ( the issue i will get to in a moment). 1 of them times i was transferred to a line that rang for 30 min. I even went as far as contacing at&t directly to be told sorry call direct tv.....my issue is yesterday1/23/18 at 8:30 am i was sold internet, home phone and cable for 80$. I was promised free HBO for life and 300$ in visa rewards cards. I was read my terms and conditions and had money taken from my account. My set up date was for feb 9th. I then called my now cable company asking when is my last bill cycle day and was told feb1st. I then called direct tv back to set up a new insatation day for the 1st instead of 9th. And this is were it all started. Now im told sorry that order was only put through for cable and we dont offer home phone and internet in your area. I immediately ask to speak to suprivisor. He then tells me sorry the person who sold u this did it for the sale. Puts me on hold and phone hangs up. From this point on non stop hanging up every time im transfered to a supervisor. At 7:30pm on 1/23/18 is when i gave up for the day. Today 1/24/18 i started calling at 1pm. Hung up on again 5 times. Time 6 i get suprivisor Zack Y ( all he would give me) who tells me sorry nothing we can do. We didnt sell you anything until equipment is installed and since it wasnt because we dont offer them services in your area its not considered sale. At this point im mad, yelling, and beyond pissed. They took my money!!! They sold me services! They read my terms and conditions! They promised me all these rewards! Several times i asked him to get audio from the recorded line the so called had proving the hole conversation between me and woman who sold me non existing services but he refused. Refused to give me a full name or employee id #. So im out money, frustrated beyond belief, two days of time and hard inquiries on credit report I THINK NOT! I too was recording all 24 calls and conversations. I promise i will not let this go and i will be contacting BBB, attorney general, all news channels, leaving this review on all sites, and most importantly contacting my lawyer and taking this to court. ANYONE HAVING A ISSUE LIKE THIS PLEASE CONTACT ME (hidden)) LETS SUE THE SHIT OUTTA THESE THIEVES!

I've been calling and calling and even doing the live chat because I was promised my monthly bill to be $60 back in August 2017. It's not February 01 2018 and I'm still trying to get my bill to be what was promised. Ive herd so many different stories. They said they cannot see what the phone conversation was when I was promised my bill being $60. Then they say how they see it was promised and that it was miscommunication. I'm trying to find a number to call to find someone who will actually fix this issue. I refuse to pay $147, $180, $87 all these different amounts each month when I was promised $60 out the door.

I thought you guys advertise that you have the best customer service. Your agents are good at being polite but they have an issue with resolving problems!! Why should I be charged a delivery fee for equipment that I pay for using every month? You are a billion dollars business & charge your customers for delivery fee!! Operating the way you do, no wonder you make the big bucks! Whatever happened to customer appreciation ?? It's all about the mighty dollar!!

This company is unbelievable! We scheduled a move from another state 3 weeks in advance and gave them the new address to the new home. The tech first came out to the apartment complex and met with the management who informed him they were allowed to put the dish on their property by using either a tripod or sled. Instead of coming to inform us that he did not come prepared he left without contacting us at all and we sat there all day mind you losing a days pay waiting.

Direct t.v finally called that night to reschedule, to make a very long story short this happened 5 MORE TIMES!!! Direct T.V's customer retention department got involved we had "escalated" complaints that we were suppose to get called by corp which never happened and so on. Finally they agreed to waive all cancellation fee's and billing and released us from our contract because they failed to provide service, they asked us too ship their equipment back and sent a prepaid box to do so which we did.

This was Sept of last year, since then we have received numerous emails and letters begging us too give them another chance to gain back our service. Well we recently bought a house and thought we would call and see what they would do to gain us back....Ready for it?

Because we ended our contract early and returned our equipment as we were asked, they would love to reconnect the account all they need is $600.00 for the new equipment to be installed because we didn't for fill our previous contract terms!!!!

That's right they failed to connect us 5 TIMES cost me 5 days of pay and 2 weeks without T.V service and the way they are going to win us back is charge us $600.00 because we returned our equipment early at their request!! So the next number I will call is the Public Utilities Commission and will be filing a formal complaint as well as the PUC in California and Colorado. Beware folks!!!

I was on the line for four a half hours talk to eight different operators to try and change the account name due to my parents both being deceased I spent less time trying to probate the will then I did trying to change the account name on my DirecTV

I have had a problem for some time. While watching live events like golf or basketball, the picture freezes. I have had 4 serviceman here in the last 2 weeks. Replaced wiring, boxes, etc.. I am now being told that this is a software problem. Come on. Get your act together. This is not good service. Please help.

I moved 6 months ago, had my cable services disconnected after 8 years of service 2 weeks prior to my move and AT& T Direct TV is billing me for services they failed to follow through on disconnecting. It has been a fight trying to get someone to help me resolve this issue. since this horrific ordeal I found out today that they sent me to collections for not paying for services i didn't use.

IF ANYONE HAS INFORMATION REGARDING HOW I CAN GET THIS RESOLVED PLEASE REPLY WITH A GOOD CONTACT # FOR DIRECT TV CORPORATE..

my 92 year old grandpa is on life support and needs the dish removed as it is causing interference, I called them and they refused to assist saying they are not authorized to take it down. they are the ones who put it up - to make money selling you devices and services. But because there is no financial gain they refuse to take it down, despite it being a life and death issue. I have filed a bbb complaint and will continue to take action, until they remove the device from the premise as requested.

I have spoke with over 20 employees and have 2 claims open. This issue hasn't been resolved yet. The technician installed the dish on the roof penetrating the membrane causing damage. He was given a form stating how and where to put the dish. He didn't comply with the rules. Dealing with direct tv since dec. 14, 2017 I am being held responsible for the technicians work. I don't feel I am liable and I would like to be treated like a human being. I would like for direct tv to take responsibility and remove the dish and pay for the repairs. I have never been been treated like this when dealing with a company I have given my money to for over 10 years.

i need someone from the home office to call me immediately. I am trying to close on a home and I have been told no less than six different amounts I am pass due. The reason i have a past due is because i begged you to lower my bill after being a many years customer and you basically laughed in my face. I went to Dish. I need help your collection company in India has one amount you have another. I desperately need help so I can close.

Good afternoon I need some assistance from your home office. I had Direct TV installed back on last May 2017. I was told I would receive a $200.00 Visa gift card. I have called multiple times I have been given the run around. Transferred multiple time times. I have even ask to speak to someone in your Loyalty department and I was told Direct TV dosen't have a Loyalty department which is incorrect because I have spoken to sever persons in that department before. I have written a letter to the State Corporation Commission for assistance on this matter. Please have someone contact me .
