I have a relative that work at wendys in pilot mountain. One of the managers there is very difficult to get along with!!! Constantly changing the schedule and not telling anyone about it, then writing up the employees for not showing up. Several complaints have been filed, but nothing has been done!! Who do I complain to next about this? Someone help please!

Went to the new Wendy's in Eltingville on Staten Island located on amboy and Putnam How does a fast food restaurant block a drive through with a car so customers can't get in and then has a customer waiting 20 minutes inside for an order not mention the restaurant was disgusting and the workers were rude

Went to store number 05101748 Wildwood FL only to wait 10 minutes just to get the order taken outside,I was the only one in line. Some girl finally answered took the order only to wait another 10 minutes to get the food. Rule number 1 don't let fucking niggers run your store. They will ruin your business.

I went to the Wendy's in North side of Pittsburgh and the service was terrible! 45 minutes to get fast food, wth? The food was cold and the order was wrong. Unbelievable, worst place to eat. Too many young black kids that ruined the store.

Went through the Drive Thru at Wendy's in Owatonna MN the one on 29th St I think (near Cabelas) and was going to eat it on my hour drive home - I ordered NO SALT on my FF's and I did get no salt in my fries but I hen I bit into my hamburger while I was driving out of town - OMG IT WAS BITING INTO A SALT BURGER - it was so bad I felt like I could tast salt in my month for the next day and a half - not kidding even after brushing my teeth! I have HIGH BLOOD Pressure and take pills for it. I called the Wendy's Store in Owatonna- which it took along time for them to answer - after the second time I tried calling. The manager said that they salt all their burgers and they were training in a new hamburger cook but he keeps putting on way to much salt !!! You shouldn't say anything - people can salt their own food if they want it !!! If I ever return to a Wendy's you better hope I don't have a heart attack heart attack in your restaurant from your overly salted food - it won't be good

This is by far the Worst wendys I have ever done business with. The wait time is ridiculous with rude employees who stand around rapping and giving dirty looks while 1 employee does all the work from taking orders to putting food yogether. Then on Feb 3rd 2018 at 946 I came to get two frostys and the lobby was locked I tapped on glass and the manager rudely said were closed, I then told him I just want 2 frostys and he said can't help u and walks off. I will be calling corperate!

Stopped at Wendy's in Sherman, Muskegon, Michigan at about 8:07 p.m. 2-3-18. Black girl throwing water all over the floor and at our feet. We asked if they were closing and she said shortly. We asked what time they closed and she said 9 and kept throwing water around us. No one at counter. Treated VERY RUDELY!!! Will be posting this on FACEBOOK. WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!

I was at the new locatiin in Dublin, at the xornwr of Cosgray Rd in the new shopping center. THEY WERE BEYOND RUDE . I used the kiosk and they lost my order when I questioned why everyone was getting thier order before me, the man who appeared to be in charge was very rude and acted like I was being ridiculous. Looking at the prep, the lady in the back had gloves on but kept wiping them on her sweatshirt and never changed them. The guy running the cash register was helping and had NO gloves on amd was making orders one minute and handling cash another, GROSS! They could not give me a receipt even though the kiosk states you are to get one with your order. I WILL NEVER EAT AT WENDYS AGAIN!!

It's interesting starting out that your cooperate rating is the lowest of your own stores... I was at store 479 at 5503 Major Blvd Orlando FL 32819 at 11:15 pm 2/2/18. The order I placed was not on the screen after I placed it and I asked, how much is it? I got no response. I drove up to the window, he eventually came up, opened the window and said the price. I inquired why wasn't it up on the menu screen so I could know and have it ready. He stated; u wanna argue with me or do you want your order and pulled back what I ordered. I said no, I want my order. This was beyond rude and so condescending that I will post this to the rafters! NASTY, NASTY, NASTY!

I have never seen a restaurant ran as unprofessional as the one on Pendleton Pike across from Esquire Plaza in Lawrence,In 46226. I do not complain I feel as though most times issues come up and I feel like people in that industry have it hard enough. But when you for to a restaurant three or more times a week. (Sadly not exaggerating) and you leave unhappy at least 2 of those times each week there is a prob. Honestly they closed in side an drive thru for shift change I asked how long she said 7 to 10 mins. As I drive away pissed a employee standing holding door open in front of the no smoking within 8ft of entrance. But it's important to close for shift change. Wendy's check your camera s, see if I'm exaggerating one bit.

I'm currently sitting in the drive thru at Timberlake rd Lynchburg VA. I've been here for 15+ min. Car in front was waiting so long it left. The service here has always been terrible. Not even a hello plenty people working just don't think they know what there doing !! Doesn't matter what time a day you come here to this location it's terrible. I have to drive across town to another Wendy's to get good service. I should not have to do that !! A at the window as I type the girls are looking out the window not saying anything. Five minutes at window now. This is awful !!

I did forget to say I went to the one in Saraland not to mention most of the time you go there especially in the evening all you smell a spot where the employees are standing outside smoking but then here they can't even give a customer their customer service they have lost my business anybody want to buy a card to get a free Frosty that's not a free Frosty I have two of them Wendy's it's so hard up for money they going to make their customers feel like t total s***

I bought me two of the keychains for the free Frosty there's nothing but a couple of bites and today I went to get me one cuz I didn't want one when I got the meal so I went back today and I'll try to get one and I had never been so insulted and felt like crap as a customer to ask what was I going to order because you had to order in order to get the free Frosty but when I bought the keychains I was not told that so that's money I'm out so thanks Wendy's

I've went to the Lenior City Tennessee for years and the last 6 months has been terrible the employs are nasty there clothes look like they haven't been washed in weeks, 2 months ago we was in line at the drive thru and 3 of the employs came outside in a big argument one was the drive thru person so we sat and watch this argument get more heated so we left because no one was in side working the drive thru the last time I visited was 2 weeks ago and I went inside to eat the place was nasty the employs was nasty and a older lady walked up and demanded to talk to one of the workers and would not leave as the customers just stood there needless to say I will NEVER eat there again I've gave them the benefit of the doubt but someone need to straight this place up

Visited the Wendy's at 1024 W Mercury Blvd in Hampton for lunch today. Walked right up to the counter and was ignored. Finally, a person asked me if I had placed my order and I said no I hadn't. They asked if I had used the kiosk and I informed them I was not using a kiosk. The individual then said I'll show you how to use the kiosk and again I stated I was not using the kiosk to order my food. My husband then spoke up and said "you've lost a customer" and as we walked out the door the employees were laughing at us. I don't understand why I am being forced to use a kiosk to order my food--the quality of the food hasn't improved, the quantity of the food hasn't increased, and now Wendy's wants me to use a stupid kiosk to order my food and yet the price of the food hasn't gone down. Basically, I was refused service today because I wouldn't use the kiosk. My husband and I will no longer visit this Wendy's or any Wendy's that forces you to use a kiosk to order food. I'm not totally against the kiosks but a person should be able to order food either way (kiosk or counter). If I want to serve my self then I will go to a buffet or stay at home and cook my own food. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant but I don't see how that can be when people who don't know how to place an order through a kiosk take forever. Although today was slow at the restaurant, I can see where the kiosk will come into play when people can't get their food fast enough. I have seen people walk out when there are humans doing the ordering so image a line at the kiosk and the employees are refusing to provide service at the counter. Not sure how the kiosks work anyway but I think you order your food and then go to the counter to pay for the food that you ordered through the kiosk.

I hate anything electronic that is implemented in a business that a human can do. All it screams to me is yet another Job taken over by a machine that sadly means another Job a human can no longer get. I rarely ever use things in customer service fields such as self check outs or kiosks unless I absolutely have to, I would rather be tended to by a person that is getting a paycheck to make a living for themself to help or serve me.

You guys really suck at the fact that you can't have baked potatoes at 4:30 p.m. on a Sunday this is the second time that I've dealt with this and really done with it and I know it's not any of the people that work in the stores I know it's corporate and that's why I'm texting you because you guys are dumb and can't f****** order baked potatoes. I'm not going to yell at someone that's doing their job I'm going to yell at you because you are the people that are not doing your job and I hope to God that somebody sees this rather than some stupid idiot that will just delete it I have an idea make sure you have your products in stock.

Actually if it is an out of stock issue that is whichever manager that is responsible for their truck order in the restaraunt itself's fault.. Not corporate and sometimes it's not a out of stock issue it can be the fact that they are selling faster than being able to cook them which isn't exactly anyone in Wendy's fault for not expecting to sell a unexpected amount of them at once which does in fact happen, or sometimes it is the employee working on grills fault for not putting potatoes in on time considering they take an hour to cook.
