I have been with them for almost 3 years. Extremely poor service with endless dropped calls as well as numerous disruptions while trying to call. I was sent a warantee replacement phone which didn't work, so I requested another one with a battery kit, because the store rep. suggested that the problem was the battery. Long story short, I was sent a total of 6 phones in 3 weeks with NO battery . After several angry calls I was finally sent a phone with a battery. Problem solved. This could have been resolved if I was sent a 2nd phone with the battery. After all this drama, I'm still having issues with dropped, interrupted calls. They're "working " on it.
Please address the following issue and provide me with a letter in follow-up.
I used a small privately owned T-Mobile business (Hello Market 24032 Hesperian Blvd, Hayward, CA 94545) to start a new account with 2 phones via T-Mobile. Sim cards were purchased as well as 2 activations for the 2 new phones. That was at 14:00 on 2/1/18.
Today is 2/5/18 at 08:19. I still do not have my primary number ported.
Numerous problems: On 2/2/18 08:00 I heard from T-Mobile that lines would be ported and previous carrier coverage would be closed and that it could take 36 hours but I would have use of both old and new phones to make calls. At around 14:00 I received an e-mail that my account with the previous carrier was closed. I then had no usable phones from either carrier except I could call T-Mobile.
On 2/3/18 I began calling T-Mobile. The customer service line said I could leave my call back number but no call was returned in an hour. Called the customer service line again - three, yes three hours later and after 8 or 9 service representatives worked on the problem, still no phone use. Elle, to Goddy to Lyny to Joe who told me to turn off the phone, he would fix something and call me back in 15 minutes, No call back.
2/4/18 about 15:00 I drove to a retail T-Mobile store, worked with the Manager, Amani H. Took 45 minutes of his time, but left with 2 working phones. However, one was a temporary number and one was a new number (lost the number).
Meanwhile, my 92 year old mother who depends on me, has had NO access to me via phone from early 2/2/18 to 2/5/18 08:00. My husband's phone number was lost and must use a new number.
Not a pleasant experience. Please do an investigation and find out what happened and how to correct. I would like to get a written response to this.
I deal with the store in greenwood Indiana and it's the worst I have ever had to deal with,they won't do what I was told they would and now I'm stuck with a phone I don't want unreal, I'm leaving T-Mobile after 9 year's I'm not going to deal with them any longer

Hi saudia Reed I'm sick of T-Mobile I have not had there service for a month and im just s stressed out the telemarketing people that that you speak with do not say do not do what they say they're going to do when you ask him to make changes to your account they say that they did do you ask them to put it a note on your account they say they did but then when you call back to speak with a different telemarketing salesperson nothing's on there that they said they was going to put on there then you would be thinking that you had set up a deal with them are going to get a different type of phone or however and when you get to the store it's not like that I'm going to contact the corporate office to make a complaint I need people that's willing to call like I am and willing like you said to make a lawsuit I'm willing to do that will help you do that as well
Good luck Saudi & I hope you get more than enough people to get your law suit against TMobile!! They totally suck & totally do the opposite of what they say! Very inconsiderate onto others & they just don't care!! As I told them I will never refer any of my family & friends to them!! Never!!
Every month o call with issues with my bill. Every month they credit my account and promise it will be fixed next month. Every month same thing over and over again. Have to start over each time. This month hey now tell me I do not gualify for discount hat hey sold me on a year ago. I am so over T-Mobile!

Hope you are not using your debit card. I believe a bank credit card would be better because you can do a dispute. Try your bank they should help you! Tell Tmobile you are going to cancel their services, or block payments until straighten out. Ask for a supervisor/manager, or call Corp! (hidden)

I am interested in filing a complaint. TMoblie sucks they are unconsiderate, rude and do not care to help. I told a rep today that I will not refer any of my family members to T-Mobile.
